Greg arrived early for our preventative maintenance appointment and worked quickly and thoroughly to assess our system and needs. Lucky for us, we got a clean bill of health for the winter and no repairs were necessary. Greg was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our interaction. Highly recommend!! Thanks Greg!!

Skye has performed seasonal checkups on my furnace and ac for years. He is always prompt, courteous and professional. I trust his knowledge and expertise. I’m very satisfied with the service he has provided.

Quality Heating was great. Boiler stopped working, had no hot water and they were able to send someone over the same day! Greg & Garrett were awesome! They were friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They checked everything, tuned up the boiler, fixed the issue and restored our hot water and heat in a few hours! Would definitely recommend them!

Love Quality Heating, just had Connor here for a routine furnace tune up. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and even informed me that the blower motor capacitor was not running optimally. They are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Curtis was awesome in fixing what should have been a simple plumbing repair. It turned out to be more complicated, but Curtis was extremely helpful (and friendly!) and efficiently got the job done.

Quality has taken care of our air conditioners and heaters for more than thirty years. They have taken good care of us
with a professional staff of technicians. We had a problem with our mini split today that was quickly diagnosed and repaired wthin our budget. Garret did a great job for us today!

They took their time to explain things, were very thorough in their inspection, did a great job at fixing one of my toilets, estimated some future work...just great to work with! Bryan was great! He was very knowledgeable of the reasons our furnace was throwing a certain code and fixed it. He also went over some potential upcoming repairs and compiled estimates but wasn’t pushy. Would highly recommend Quality for your HVAC service!

I want to give a shout out to Mike. He arrived to apartment early. Not only did he inspect HVAC vents, etc. Mike walked me through on how to correctly utilize the Ecobee's thermostat equipment

Demonstrated great customer service skills because this is a rare quality. Mike was quick & effective, problem solver, very knowledgeable, very detailed and attentive, flexible and humble.

He made sure he understood my concerns before his departure. I was very appreciative.
