I have used McCoy twice for two major projects in my home. I am always impressed by their professionalism & quality of work and very happy with the results.

A single female relative had water in her basement. First estimate...$13,000; second estimate...$$$$. I then told her to call NARI-certified McCoy who looked everything over and told her to regrade the land around her house to pitch it away from her home. If that didn’t work, THEN call them. She was thrilled!! Thanks for being honest.

I had a question for McCoy about my basement before the spring rain began. Bob came out and gave me an honest opinion about my situation. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I will call again if I ever do have any issues.

I was an excited new home owner...that is until it rained. Small rivers of water slowly worked its way towards the finished portion of my basement. My anxiety level began to rise. Calling McCoy Contractors was probably the smartest thing I could have done.

They came into my home with confidence and a wealth of foundation knowledge. They took away the fear...then they took away the water. It was just that simple. McCoy Contractors did an absolutely fantastic job redoing our basement and outside yard. They showed up early and worked hard all day. Truly amazing what they got done in the 5 days they were here. Totally pleased and would highly recommend.

My basement had been leaking for some years and I decided to see what it would take to address. I called and setup appointments with 3 firms in early March. Bob Donovon from McCoy explained the problem, provided a realistic estimate, and told me what tasks I would need to complete for the work to be done. The next day I signed the estimate, gave Bob a deposit, and contacted identified contractors to remediate asbestos tiles and prep the basement. Work was estimated to begin March 30 when the COVID-19 restrictions kicked in and the job was put on hold.

Mark Andrus called that his crew could begin work on Thursday, April 16. The courteous crew arrived on time and completed the work by April 20. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. explaining next steps and the cause of the problem. My basement is now dry, looks good, and I could not be any happier with the crew and their solution. I highly recommend McCoy Contractors.
