Pricing was within industry standard. For me, I trusted Eric the technician. He communicated well on what he was going to do, very efficient and answered all of my questions. Quality of work is important and quality was fine but again, the trust value is as important. Great job and highly recommend.

Used Crown before and always been happy with their service. This time was no different as they were courteous and looked into the problem we thought we were having in an expedient manner. They also didn't try to upcharge us on anything, which was nice.

Very Professional Outfit! Was able to come in, quote, and install two 30a 240v outlets and install a surge protector at the our breaker all in the same day (morning). Very happy with the service and would strongly recommend to anyone!

Last month, a technician from Crown came to address some long standing wiring issues in my 90 year old home, and fix a wiring problem that I mucked up. He was thorough and quickly fixed the everything that was needed. He also answered a number of pressing questions I had about all the wiring spaghetti in my basement. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the service.

We had a great experience with Crown Electrical. He was so helpful answering all of our questions and gave thoughtful and honest responses. We really appreciated the transparency as well and felt like we were getting great service for a fair price. He was extremely patient as we discussed and made decisions. Crown Electric was the best experience I’ve ever had in Racine and the most professional response. What I was prepared for in my mind was an elaborate service call. I know nothing about electricity and having an older home my anxiety was at level high. Eric from Crown was HONEST, more than FAIR, and very very professional!!

I found Crown Electrical through the Thumb Tack App. I had an easy breezy non-issue quick schedule. To my surprise the actual owner, Eric showed up to help me figure out why half of my outlets in the kitchen went out. He did his job diagnosing and eventually found the culprit as a loose wire in the main electrical box. I was happy about that, and he was honest and not trying to LIE about what the issue was to penny squeeze more money out of me. We still had some time left on the clock to fulfill their minimum service call and was able to fix another outlet that he found that wasn't grounded and posed a hazard to my home.

After that, there was still a little more time, and he was able to put covers on outlets that were uncovered during a recent paint job that I had, and he also tightened up a few covers on outlets that had gotten loose over the years. After that, we were done. Everything was done professionally and I was happy. I will totally hire them again in the future! Thanks, Eric and Crown Electrical!

Eric was absolutely wonderful! Prompt, professional and did a fantastic job. I had a few complicated light fixtures to hang and he handled them beautifully! I would definitely recommend Crown Electrical and will be using Eric again for additional work in the future. Prices were quoted upfront and very reasonable. We called Crown Electric, and they were able to come and look at our problem with our" strobing " lights in the kitchen in a matter of days. Eric was very knowledgable and helpful, not only did he have a solution, but he made it very easy to understand and gave us options. While he was here we asked about a number of other electricity related projects we were considering doing. He was happy to look, and give us some ideas. I am so impressed by the service we had done that day, but how easy and inexpensive it's going to be to get ALL of our other projects done!! I used Crown Electric to diagnose a (non-emergent) electrical issue I was having at my panel. I was able to schedule an appointment for within a few days. There was a confirmation email and follow-up to remind me of my appointment with a specific time window for arrival. Eric was right on time, and after diagnosing the issue, he took the time to show me and walk through the problem before providing me with a few options for solution. He was careful to clean up after himself and was very pleasant to have around for a few hours.....my dog thought so too. The work that was done was outlined clearly in the invoice and I felt was very reasonable. My entire experience felt very professional and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Eric was prompt, courteous, and was very helpful with his advice on future projects without giving me a pushy sales pitch. He and his apprentice double-checked their work and the clean-up afterwards was immaculate. The pricing was very fair.
