Another great maintenance appt from High Tech in the books! Paul is fantastic! He and the rest of the team are so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly…we wouldn't seek business from any other company!

Highly recommend. They were professional the whole way through the process. Joe, Mack and Lorenzo did the install. The first thing they did was to put floor covering down before they walked on anything. I told them it wasn't necessary because to be honest, my floor wasn't clean anyway, but they insisted. Professional, quick, and answered all of my questions. Felt very comfortable with them in my home.

Paul and Lorenzo are both top notch furnace technicians. You can sent either of them out in response to my call, anytime. I enjoy working with them.

Paul the service technician was excellent, friendly, informative, on time couldn't ask for better. Had the furnace up and running in no time. Would highly recommend. High Tech Heating & A/C, Inc. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate them 20!!

We were very impressed with High Tech Heating from the first diagnostic visit with Brian, to the clear communication and information from Amber, to the installation of our furnace and air conditioner by their knowledgeable team of technicians. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took care to keep our home clean throughout the process. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Brian is a very contentious service tech. He does and outstanding job for us. He is who we want every time.

This is second new system from HT for my rental unit. Old system was 30 years old and it was "time" for a change! The install team arrived on-time and did a great job! I have nothing but positive impressions and comments about High Tech and their entire staff!!!

High Tech did an amazing job replacing a furnace and air conditioner. We chose them initially due to other positive reviews, the estimate of the replacement, and the details provided in the estimate addressed our needs/ concerns.

We have a bi-level home and so our furnace is in the attic which is right above our main living area. We could always hear the old furnace running in this set up, but I was excited to get a newer more efficient (also assumed as quieter) furnace/ air conditioner set up. Once installed and running, we found it was actually louder than our old furnace! This is quite disruptive, due to the placement of our furnace. I called High Tech and let them know. They came out to check on it that day to make sure it was all installed correctly and see what might be going on. Everything looked good so the technician tried some immediate things to see if that would help. None that worked, so he took the problem back to the office and they called the furnace manufacturer and worked to come up with some possible solutions.

Once they had an idea figured out, they came back and implemented the change. The furnace is now much quieter than it was after the initial install. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to make this a more comfortable situation for us and that they did it quickly. This was all resolved in about a week. I feel like this is a unique response from a company, especially these days. Many other companies would have just been like, well it's installed correctly so .... good luck with that. Also, they did not charge us for the extra work! They were always very professional and put down a drop cloth for the areas they walked on.

It is always a pleasure to work with High Tech from the person who answers the phone and sets up the appointment to the service person doing the job. They are always friendly, willing to answer your questions, and do a great job of maintaining your furnace and AC. We definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My furnace needed to be turned off due to a carbon monoxide leak. The High Tech crew was awesome to work with. Amber came out right away to discuss replacement options and the new furnace installed by a courteous team the next morning.

I felt High Tech went above and beyond to provide me quick service. First when I called they said they couldn't get out to my place until after hours. However, they called back within one hour and said they could come out earlier, which saved me money. That said volumes to me that they are considerate of their customers. Brian got there on the scheduled time,; was very thorough in his work, and courteous. I will recommend High Tech!

Timely service, knowledgeable, and friendly. He figured out our underlying humidification problem right away and fixed it quickly so it won't happen again. Highly recommend!

When scheduling our service, the friendly woman on the phone looked up who serviced us last time because she likes to send the same person out because they've seen our equipment before. I nice touch knowing we'll get the same tech if available.

Our furnace decided to stop working on one of the coldest nights of the year. We called High Tech Heating & A/C Inc. right away and they were able to send out a technician within the hour (which was around midnight). Unfortunately after discussing what is wrong with the furnace and the age of it we decided to have them replace the furnace for a newer more energy efficient model. We also knew that we needed a new AC unit and saved some money by purchasing both units at the same time. High Tech brought space heaters out to the house as soon as they could the next morning and were able to get a new furnace installed that day! I would 100% recommend this company, they did a great job and have wonderful customer service, especially after normal business hours.

We asked High Tech to provide an estimate and it was less than another local provider. They were personable and did good work. When we had another problem arise they responded quickly and addressed the job well. The technician also pointed out some ways we could save money which were really helpful!

Both the phone rep, who I spoke with to discuss the HVAC issue, and Brian, the service tech, were professional and very responsive. An appointment to service our unit was made the same day as my call. Brian arrived on time and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Our unit was repaired and functioning the same day.
High Tech has installed both our gas furnace and air conditioning units and we have been very pleased with their products and servicing.

I have used High Tech for a seasonal maintenance as well as for the install of a whole house humidifier. Both services were great. For the humidifier site survey, Amber completed this and provided an upfront estimate and was able to schedule the install within a very reasonable amount of time. The install of the humidifier was completed in a highly professional manor, and Joseph was great, all of the cabling was managed very well, ducting was finished professionally and when the work was completed a zero balance receipt was emailed within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend the services from High Tech.

I have used high-tech heating and cooling over the years a numerous amount of times..
They are always able to help with a very quick turnaround time! Their staff is a great group of guys that really know what they’re doing. I plan on using them in the future for all my heating and air-conditioning needs!!! I would never even think to call anyone else, they are the best!!!!
