What an AWESOME set of guys Matt and Dan were while taking care of my furnace and home. Very professional, friendly, clean, and explained everything clearly. They both went ABOVE and BEYOND in my opinion! They DEFINITELY DESERVE more than a 5 star rating.
While working they also found flaws in the installation of our new furnace that was put in 5yrs ago. Which they explained what was wrong and HOW it should have been correctly done.

Called when I woke up to a very cold house on Christmas Eve. Matt was out to our home in a matter of hours. He was friendly, quick, thorough and informative. Prices were very reasonable! It’s comforting to know they will be there if any other issues occur.

Needed to get a new furnace and AC installed called A better way on a referral from a neighbor. So glad I called these guys! Got a few estimates from other companies and they weren't even close to the estimate A Better Way gave me. They installed it in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend calling these guys got any of your heating and cooling needs.

I called them Wednesday morning when my air conditioner quit working. They set up and appointment for 2 but called and asked if they could come earlier around 10 am. They quickly diagnosed the problem and we decided a new AC was the better option and they were able to locate and install a brand new Unit the next day! They also fixed my loose down spout near the outside condensor. Awesome people and great to work with!

I am very satisfied with my overall experience with A Better Way Heating. Mike and his team are prompt, proficient, professional, knowledgeable and family friendly. I needed a new boiler for my home. The team came out same day and gave me my options. I was able to make an appointment the following day for a replacement boiler. I needed to have my 19 year old air conditioner replaced. Everything went very well. They were quick to respond by phone and quick to come out for an estimate. I asked a lot of questions and all were answered politely and professionally. After getting several estimates from different companies, I decided on A Better Way. Costs were all pretty much the same, but I was impressed with their professionalism and that they are a local company. They also had the best guarantee for parts and service, 5 years. One thing to note that I learned from all of the companies estimates, is that parts and service does not mean totally free. All companies charge a trip fee if you do need service. But ABW was slightly cheaper. After I called to confirm, they were able to install 2 days later. Installation went smoothly and no surprises (costs). I've been running the air conditioner almost consistently for a few weeks and have not had any problems. I would highly recommend their service.
