Having heard a crackling noise in my wall I couldn't explain, I called the guys to see if they would possibly come check it out for me. Within a couple hours they were there. They changed my outlet just to be safe and took the time to explain to me what to look for going forward if I think I may have another electrical issue in the future. They also did a thorough inspection outside and in my basement just to be safe and make sure nothing more was going on. Both guys were very courteous and respectful and I highly recommend them for any of my future electrical needs.
