Ryan and his team did an awesome job installing a new hvac system in my duplex. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up everything before they left. Ryan also answered every question that I had during the installation process. My entire experience in dealing with Kettle Morain, beginning with getting information about a new hvac system from Scott Holpfer to the timely appointment and install process was flawless. I'm very happy that I chose Kettle Moraine to get my new system installed. Excellent people to work with.

Matt and his Team contacted me in advance of their arrival regarding my HVAC replacement. They arrived on time as a crew of 5. They worked with efficiency, and despite the subzero outside, the temperature in my home did not drop 10 degrees. The team removed all debris and Matt instructed us about the new HVAC system and the WiFi thermostat connection. Superb work, courtesy and professionalism. Well Done!

This company installed a Lennox furnace in my home last week through the Costco plan. The price was competitive and I have what I believe is a superior product. Installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I can't wait to see if I have savings on my gas bill.

Luke was great. Very knowledgable and professional. He took care of the issues very quickly and gave information on a future install I requested. I have used them for the past six years and have never been disappointed.

Kettle Morraine is highly regarded in the industry and my recent experience with them was outstanding! From the estimate with Matt Falk to the install team today lead by Aaron Radliff, they were pleasant, professional and respectful of my property. New furnaces, April Air, and Lenox digital app controlled thermostats . They stayed until the work was completed and scheduled a follow up with a zone control check in to be certain everything was in the right working order. While the cost was not inexpensive, the investment in your home should come back in time. This deal came with the Costco guaranty and it’s an extra bonus Thank you to this whole team who worked so hard to get it done for me before the holidays! Highly recommend.

My go to place for heating/AC service. They do all my maintenance checkups and are very thorough. I recommend getting on the seasonal tune-up plan for piece of mind.
You know the old saying- [ You can pay us now or you can pay us later ! ] Pay now because later will cost much more .

I purchased a Lennox high efficient furnace through Costco with Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling as the contractor. From the initial visit and proposals to scheduling and installing my new furnace, the process was very smooth. Good communication on the Costco process (from KM) and timely updates on day of install when technicians would be arriving. Install completed on a warm November day, but looking forward to colder days with peace of mind that my new furnace will keep me warm — and be more efficient! Great job by Dan H. and team; they were patient with answering any questions or concerns I asked about. I would recommend KM!

Very good experience from the start to the very end They were on time they caught out very informative of what they were doing and keeping me up-to-date and everything that was being done and very polite. I can’t say enough of how well they did fantastic group of guys.

I had an excellent experience with Kettle Moraine. Matthew and Josh arrived on time and completed the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner in just four hours. Not only was the work efficient, but they also left the work areas spotless. The installation passed the city inspection without incident. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for future needs!

My furnace went out on Sunday morning. They got back to me in less than 1 hour and had someone out right away. Needed a new furnace and they had it all installed and ready before noon on the next day. Customer service is absolutely amazing!!!! Never went to them before and they treated me like family. Also offered several finance options. So easy to work with and again I can't say enough about the amazing customer service. Definitely recommend kettle moraine heating to anyone.

The service was amazing and immediate. My 16 year old furnace went out during these terrible freezing temperatures and it needed replacing..
I called Kettle Moraine Heating and they were able to get someone out within an hour to give me a quote.
Dan Glinske was professional and courteous and was able to get me a quote after completely examining our old system. Kettle Moraine Heating was able to replace same day and offered 24 month zero interest to pay for it! Great service ! I highly recommend them!
