Very pleasant and patient! Explained what was happening and why. Knowledgable and listened to all that was happening with furnace. When I called for emergency service on a Sunday, Tricia was pleasant, helpful, and caring. Kudos to this business. A + service all the way around.

They were polite and professional. It took about 4 hours to remove my old central air and replace it with the new one. I turned it on and it works fine.

They were responsive from the first call, took the time to explain my options and offer opinions based upon what was best for the size of the home and most cost effective, made sure all my questions were answered and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company.

My central air went our on a 90 degree night, I called hoping I might get an appt on Sat morning, to My surprise I got an appointment in an hr that very evening and it was up and running that sane evening. The service tech showed me the price on line of the parts not that I doughted him, and is going to text me Pictures of easier Apirl Air Filters on line that I can purchase and install my self i highly recommend this place!

Great service! I called them at 9 pm because our furnace went out and they were right on it. They even brought us pellets over for our stove so we could get through the night. Thank you for your help and timely manner of doing business.

Jason and Tricia Ley of Midwest Heating & Cooling were wonderful to work with. Having heating issues in the middle of winter can be a bit stressful. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Jason would respond immediately to my texts and Tricia by phone. Information was provided quickly both verbally and in written form. Recommend this company highly.

Love a business that does what they say, on time, on budget. Old furnace died, they came out to diagnose on a snowy Sunday night. New furnace in on the day they promised, and charged exactly what we agreed on. Honest, easy, quick. Happy to recommend.

Nobody wants to lose heat in the middle of a Wisconsin winter but Midwest went above and beyond for me. Thoroughly impressed with how they made sure they put everything into layman terms for me and I was on same page. Even though my furnace needed several parts, the turnaround was fast and these guys were right on it. Highly recommend!

I noticed that my AC wasn’t cooling as well as it should. As soon as I noticed an issue with the coil fan I got ahold of Midwest and had a tech show up the same day to take a look. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in an efficient and effective manner. I am more than satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of service.

Great customer service. They came out diagnosed the problem and even lent us a heater while our furnace was waiting for a part. They also gave us a great deal on the part and repair which included off hours service call. It was almost a $700 parts and labor bill and only charged us $500. The repair didn't completely fix the problem due to an instalation error. We called them when we realized it was not working and they came out right away to see what was going on. The tech quickly diagnosed their mistake while installing the part and owned up to their mistake instantly and apologized profusely. They didn't charge anything for the mistake. I would recommend Midwest Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC repairs and installations because they are stand up individuals that care about their customers, and if a mistake happens they own up to it immediately and don't try and pawn it off as another issue with your equipment.
