I can’t say enough good things about this company! They had me sold from the day Tom (the owner) came to give the quote. He didn’t try to up sell me on an unnecessary unit but took the time to explain to me why the AC and furnace units I had currently weren’t right for my home. Installation day was a long one about 11 hours (I have an older house more issues) they didn't make me feel like they rushed or cut corners but that they spent time and cared about doing the best quality of work they could. Not to mention Tom the owner himself was there doing the job which was beyond amazing and not something you see everyday but even more of a reason why I’m happy with my choice. If you’re not using Yoder’s Heating and Cooling you should consider switching to them.

We had a great experience! Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the summer and Tom was at our house within 30 minutes of calling him. Super nice guy, local, and very trustworthy. Very reasonably priced, too! We definitely plan to use them again.

Our tech was great. Honest with great pricing.

Called them at 7am to get a/c running hoping they could get to us and did by 1030am and fixed in less than 20min Thank you again awesome service and will use again.

I had no heat, they were here within 24 hours. Wore shoe covers, asked before they did anything, told me the price beforehand and were extremely professional! I wish I could give then more stars.

Update a few years later: still working with this all-star company. They just replaced our HVAC and added a whole house humidifier. Cannot recommend them enough. Professional, honest and quality work and customer service. We don't trust anyone else

10/10 recommend using Yoder for any heating or cooling needs. Our furnace went out the night before a big snow storm and Tom was able to make it out early morning and repair our furnace so we had a warm place to “hunker” with our 8 month old. The communication was great and you can’t beat the cost!

Really great, consultative sales approach based on how long we planned to live here, expected returns on high efficiency vs moderate furnace, sizing of both a/c and furnace for the space, and how quickly we wanted the work done. Friendly and personable staff. Quality workmanship and they cleaned up to the point you wouldn't have known they were here. Strongly recommend. Pricing was straightforward and fair.

I had a frozen pipe situation at a rental property after We Energies turned gas off to the property this past weekend due to a leak. Once gas was turned back on, this unit still wasn't receiving heat. I called another HVAC company first and they charged me $300 to tell me that my pipes were frozen and that I should just put some heaters down there and call them back if the pipes burst. I didn't really feel comfortable with the thought of burst pipes without a professional being there, so I called Yoders and they came out right away. The pipes that were frozen ended up being in an impossible part to get to in the crawl space and required a lot of time, effort, and problem solving - probably why the first company I called didn't want to help me. Tom stayed until 9PM when my unit finally had heat again. I can't thank him enough for helping me out in a pinch. I've worked with many HVAC companies owning rentals and flipping homes on the side, so trust me when I say that Yoders is hands down the best. I'll never look elsewhere for my HVAC needs again, and neither should you!

These guys are fantastic! I called them today when my furnace would not start. They arrived within 45 minutes and had it back up and running within an hour! Very reasonable cost. Tom was my technician, and he showed me in detail what was the problem. Excellent service, and I will be signing up for their Valued Customers Club!

5 STAR SERVICE! I had Yoders heating and cooling out for a furnace repair. they were on time and very Professional. They took the time to explain what was going on and made the repairs with no up selling. Their honesty and fair pricing has made them my new go to HVAC contractor, and I highly recommend them!

Tom came out for a service call, walked me through everything with my system and turns out 26year old HVAC units don't last forever. He wrote me up a few different quotes and when we decided which one we wanted to go with he was out the next day with a full install. Quick and clean install and financing options too!!

Tom and everyone who we spoke with and worked with were absolutely amazing. I asked Tom a lot of questions via email and he was always very responsive and informative. I asked his honest opinion on which system he felt would be best for us and I know he truly did give us the best and most honest response. We had other estimates and decided Yoder was the one we felt most comfortable with. Definitely recommend!

Yoder wasn't our first choice when choosing who do fix out central air units but so glad be picked them. All around-the-board great work. And experience. And prriced fair. TY Yoder

I had a furnace go out last Friday and the company I sent out originally quoted a huge price. I called Yoders for a 2nd opinion after business hours on a Friday and they were significantly less for the same furnace and even sent the quote that same night. The only reason I didn’t think to call Yoders first was because the property was an hour away from their shop. They went way above and beyond and even dropped off space heaters for the tenant on Saturday at no additional cost. I also called Yoders last winter when a 40 year old boiler went out at another rental of mine. They came same day and it was only $175 to fix. Had they told me it needed to be replaced instead I would have done it based on the age - it would have been no surprise. These guys are honest, fast, and super affordable. I won’t be going anywhere else for my HVAC needs.

Friendly - Knowledgeable - No Rushing to get done - Completed job and cleaned up very well. Needed a small part but there was no pressure to replace ( I did replace). No trying to sell a new unit because mine is older. No suggesting I needed freon charge. These will be my go to HVAC people going forward. Many of the other reviews I've read are absolutely true! A great company to deal with. Give them a call!

Yoders Heating and Cooling has always provided outstanding service. I have used them for routine maintenance, whole house duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.

After flood water ruined the furnace, Yoders heating replaced the furnace/ AC in under 2 hours. I was so relieved to have cool air in the house on a very warm day.

Very happy with the repair to our central air unit. They came same day and made the repair in less than hour. Our contractor went above and beyond to help our older unit last another summer. I will use them again
