Our furnace went out today! They came out and replaced the bad part and we were up and running 3 hours after we called them!! Very impressed. He was courteous, professional, and we will definitely use them next time for our heating and cooling needs!! Thank you so much!!!

Mid June with highs near 90 my AC decided that it couldn't take it anymore and stopped on a Tuesday. Hubs tried couple for couple days to get it going and figure out what was up. In past we had other issues and figured it was the same. Trying to get someone to look at it during the heat wave was difficult. Most places were booked late into the next week or two out. Many offered the after hours option with the extra $170-200 plus extant 20% for parts option, even with that option it was 2-3 days out. GH was my 7th call - I was able to get someone to come that next morning. Super nice, only took him few mins to figure out there was a leak. We talked a bit about options fixing or going new. They sent me 3 different estimates that same day. Hubs and took a look at it that night and could tell that something had leaked from ac lines. Paying to repair the old fart was about half of going with new option. We decided with new and the guys came in that monday. Took them a little less than two hours. All were nice, polite and did a great job. Super happy with them and would highly recommend.

GH heating attended to our night time emergency call for a gas leak within minutes. The problem was repaired quickly with kind and considerate care. Thank you for helping us avoid what could have been a dangerous situation.

Great customer service all around, while scheduling the appointment and servicing-staff were super nice. Very knowledgeable as to what was happening and helped explain what was going on and why. Our AC went out and they came to fix the problem within a few hours while other places weren’t able to send people out for four days! Would definitely recommend using GH Heating and Air LLC. Will be using them for future services! Thanks a billion!

I've called a couple times and get a recording to leave a message and no one ever calls me back, so I had to call a different company.

Cannot get these people to respond to your phone calls

GH scheduled work for me, postponed the work, saying a worker called in sick. They rescheduled the work and failed to show up the second time. At least 4 more attempts were made to contact and the voice messages were left requesting a return call. GH made no attempt to contace me.

I hired this company to do my brand new house. A job that any other company would have done in less than a week, Georgie hasn’t been able to finish in close to a year. My mistake was to give him a little money up front. My duct work still isn’t finished and I still don’t have an ac unit. He has slowed every contractor and myself from finishing my house due to the lack of work ethic. Had I of known to check him out on c-cap and seen how many times he has been sued I would have never hired him.
Do not hire this company.
