What a great service! Talk about knowledgeable and friendly - ACME Vent Cleaning nails all categories. Acme was very up front about pricing, how they do estimates, and how long it would take to complete the job. The photos really showed the difference. Plus, it was the best quote in town. Top notch for sure!

Answered the phone right away. Everyone else was booked out till October, November, January. He got me in the next day (only books out 2 weeks). Honest about price (same price or less against others in the area). Sent me an estimate email right away. Called me 30 minutes before he was going to be there, like promised and was on time. Was very informative and helped me with preventative items. Took the time to answer all my questions. Cleaned up the stuff that came out of the dryer. Had Venmo for payment (took checks and other forms also).
Was very impressed and will use again!

The guys from ACME did a great job cleaning of our vents. They were prompt, courteous and professional. We bought an older home and recently had renovations completed. After the service, it was obvious the air was cleaner. Even my teen boy commented! Thanks ACME!

It was our first time getting our ducts cleaned and we didn't know what to expect. The process was very clean (no dust blowing out the vents) and it was amazing to see the before and after pictures. Jeremy was very professional and we would definitely use ACME Vent Cleaning again in the future.

Jeremy did a wonderful job of cleaning out my dryer vent. I was having problems with my dryer not drying. The amount of debris and lint he pulled out, it's no wonder! I'm sure Jeremy cleaning my dryer vent has saved me a much larger bill of a new dryer as the dryer vent is now fully functional! Thank you!

Honestly, I’m a new home owner and he didn’t clean our ducts because ours were really clean as is. Turns out I’m just developing pet allergies. But the point is Jeremy was very professional and took the time to educate us about proper vent care and cleaning. He is very respectable, and didn’t choose to charge me for a service I didn’t need. I will be using him in the future when our ducts are ready for routine cleaning.

Jeremy is very thorough. He did a great job of explaining the entire process and gives you before and after photos. I would definitely recommend Acme.

Our 26 year old house was overdue for duct cleaning so I began searching the Better Business Bureau web site for accredited businesses, and was drawn at once to ACME. I sent an online inquiry and received a quick response, and an estimate for cleaning service. On the scheduled date, Jeremy arrived right on time and was both very friendly and professional. We felt comfortable working with ACME from the start. The job was finished an hour early and the final invoice was less than the estimate, and our HVAC system was clean. I am happy to refer folks to ACME for this great service.

Jeremy came and cleaned out the air ducts, dryer vent, and air returns. He arrived on time, offered some advice regarding a cold air return we had that may not be needed, and after I ran into an issue with insulation in one of my returns, he came back around to clean it out. Appreciate his work.

Jeremy did a great job cleaning our vents. We live in a home that was built in the 60’s and we were concerned the years of dust and smoking were adding to our allergies and a musty smell in the house. We were shocked to see what was inside those vents!!

Jeremy was so responsive and easy to communicate with. He did a great job and was such an amazing help to clean our ducts after three months of renovations.

My only complaint is that we won't need to have our vents and ducts cleaned for 3-5 years so won't have a reason to work with Jeremy again in the near future. He is truly one of the most professional, kind, hardworking people I've encountered. I would heartily recommend him to anyone. Bonus, he loves dogs and spoiled ours to pieces while he was here :)
