Our furnace wasn’t keeping the house warm. My husband called and they said that they could come out the next day. They showed up just after 8 am and were done just before 10. They were very professional and nice. They explained everything and even moved the company van so that I could leave to run an errand. The young man was very knowledgeable and asked questions. We will be using them again. The last name is Zevik not Ness.

My furnace broke down and a service technician came to look at it diagnosed we needed new furnace. They got my old one running temporarily and had me on the schedule to get a new one installed. Three days later we have a brand new furnace! What a great company.

Air Tech has been my HVAC company for 15 years. Wednesday 1/7 my son went to our cottage to find that furnace was not working properly. Thursday 1/8 serviceman was at cottage and diagnosed furnace problem and found old wiring error on Nest Thermostat. Friday serviceman installed parts needed and wired furnace correctly for Nest Thermostat.
Doesn't get any better than that!

I requested estimates from a few HVAC and plumbers. Our boiler was 45 years old and we have a historic home. Old boiler still worked but we wanted to replace it BEFORE it failed. Others were intimidated by the job and nervous about the old cast iron radiators. Not the Airtech guys! They were $7,000 less than one quote. They did an outstanding job. I called them a few days later because the house was too warm upstairs. They came right out and checked to make sure everything was operating as it should before I started closing valves. This kind of service is rare these days. Skilled professional installation on time and on budget. No charge for the recheck. Above and beyond our expectations.

I have used Air Tech for years due to their customer service, and the knowledge of their tech's. I recently had a garage heater installed and the installation was compleated with expertise. another GREAT job by Air Tech.

Air Tech is the Best. During a very cold spell, the furnace stopped blowing heat. I called and Matt came out right away. Found the issue and we had heat again.
Several days later, Teagan came and did a thorough cleaning.
From the people who took my call, and to both men, everyone was extremely polite and professional. My furnace and AC unit are over 23 years old. I will only go to Air Tech for new ones. Thank you Matt, Teagan, the ladies that took my call. Your friendliness, outstanding customer service is second to none.

My furnace was short-cycling in the beginning of January 2026. AirTech came out and worked with me to resolve everything in the 5 days I didn't have a running furnace. They diagnosed, came to give a quote on a new one, and even installed quickly. Thanks AirTech!

My furnace stopped working. On Saturday I called Air Tech and a technician Jason came in one hour of my call. He explained me about the problems and gave me an advise to replace furnace with a new one. On Monday I got a call from Ben with quotes on some new furnaces and on Tuesday by noon it was installed at my home and running. The technicians were so nice and did an excellent job. Heather was so wonderful, too. I will recommend Air Tech as I am a very satisfied customer and I am so happy I chose Ait Tech Heating to get a new furnace. Thank you all who works there.
