Anytime I have called, the owner came to check things out very quickly. The work has always been done in a timely manner. When I had a tree start to break after a storm, even though they were swamped, he made sure it wss down the next day. Since I have seen the amazing work they do, I wouldn't use anyone else!! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

Had a face cord of “Mixed Hard Wood” no bark delivered. The wood is very clean and very dry. Delivery was within a few hours. Thank you for the excellent service.

Alliant discovered a pipe containing wiring on our building had been knocked open by a tree branch and I needed to get a tree trimmer and electrician in ASAP because it could have been potentially dangerous. I called Michaels Tree Service and he was literally here within minutes. Took no time at all to clean the area of branches and overgrown bushes with a crew of 4-5 guys!! I would definitely recommend Michaels! Super Happy with their work and professionalism!!!

Called Bob, and the following day he came over. He gave me a very reasonable quote on having a tree taken down with stump removal. The next day his crew was here to take the tree down. His crew was very respectful of our property and did an amazing job of cleaning up. Very happy customer.

Excellent tree removal service! The crew worked quickly but carefully to avoid any damage to my property. They were courteous, and the job site was cleaner than I expected.

I gave Michael's Tree Service since May to cut down a very small tree and still hasn't been done. I called end of July he said he was coming out within a couple weeks and nothing. Then after all the storms I called and he recommended me to call a different tree service. I wish he recommended me call Bill and Wanye's Tree Service from day one. Called the price was a lot cheaper and they came out within a week to get the job done.

Michael made arrangements to meet me on a early Saturday morning to receive a quote on removing a tree. I drove up with family 2 hours to make sure and meet him. He never showed up, I tried calling him Saturday @ 10:00am no answer and no call back. Absolutely the worst business professionalism I've ever seen. Be Very Cautious when dealing with this company. Amazing what a simple phone call or picking up the phone would have done for my family on a Saturday.

Owner said had a lot of work in the “dakotas” for tree damage and it would be a few months. We were ok with that since we knew everyone was busy. He never showed up for the job. Never returned our calls. Would never recommend.
