Most knowledgeable plumbers I’ve used. They want to fix things properly using OEM parts, and not mix other “universal” parts. Reminded me too that all Kohler valve parts have lifetime warranty (owner needs to order) which saved $$.

Does excellent work with fast response time in emergencies. Everything was left cleaner than when he started. Very reasonable pricing.

We have called Martin Plumbing on three separate occasions. Each time they responded promptly. Alex was pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. He was tidy and polite. He answered all of our questions and showed us ways to help our plumbing function more efficiently for a longer time. The prices were reasonable. We will always call Martin Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

You should absolutely be using Martin's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs for your home. I had an issue one night, called them the next day, and they were at my house doing the job essentially at a moment's notice. The work was clean, professional, and fast. Martin's is a family owned business and the person who will be at your home performing the job is an owner of the company. Avoid the big companies who send any miscellaneous employee to your house, and choose to go with actual professionals like the ones at Martin's Plumbing. 5/5 stars, will be using them for any future needs I have.

I made an appointment and Marty never showed up. I called and texted him directly as well as the main scheduler, but no one ever returned my calls or text messages. It was really unprofessional and I am never using them again.
