Chris and Cody are very professional and took care of our plumbing issues. They explained what they were doing and the results. They were able to schedule us on short notice.
Ann is very helpful and responded to our our email and call promptly.
It is nice to have confidence and peace of mind in a company. Steffen's is that company for us.

We have used Chris and Cody for three jobs now. They are very punctual, professional, and patient. They explain everything they are doing. Today Cody even showed me how to fix a drain clogging issue by myself. And they are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

I could go point by point but all that needs to be said is if you need help with a plumbing issue you will not do better than these folks. Cody did a great job installing the disposal. He was very polite and friendly . My only concern was the $30 travel charge?? Fredonia is not far from me...its not like I'm in Milwaukee. I thought I was staying local.

Chris was so great! He explained everything that was done. He installed a new water pressure tank for our well pump. Every thing was cleaned up and works wonderful! Even something that had nothing to do with the pressure tank was taken care of!! Chris explained that as well!

I've used Steffen Plumbing on a couple of occasions over the last few years. Chris and Cody do an excellent job. I've used other plumbers over the last 30yrs and not that any of them were bad but Steffen Plumbing is a notch above them all and is the only Plumbing company I will call.

I had Cody and he was excellent. In and out quickly, very friendly and thorough. He replaced my sump pump and corroded pipes and faucet in my basement sink in a little over an hour.

I called to see if I could get a plumber to fix my fridge hose which was leaking and lacked the proper shut off valve. I was hoping they could come in the next day or two even through I knew that might be a long shot. They came same day, fixed the issue quickly and charged a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend!

Steffen was able to remove a clog that caused our basement floor drain to back up. Exceptional work ethic and very knowledgeable.

Our toilet was backed up & coming out of our shower drain. I left a message on Sunday night, they called me back right away Monday morning and were there to fix it by lunch! They were responsive, efficient, reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommend!
