Inquired about AC blowing warm air and they were able to come and fix within a couple hours. Very satisfied with the great service.

They may not get it right the first time but they made right. They refunded part of my payment to my surprise. They were great to work with.

Rick is one hell of a troubleshooter .Told him all that I knew about problem and Rick got right too the source of the problem. And fixed it I'm very satisfied with my repair

They came out the next day after I called and showed up on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again!

We had some recent need for them to look at our furnace during this cold snap and the response, communication and quality of their technicians work was such a refreshing change to most companies you deal with.
Bottom line.. I dont need them often but when I do they have stepped up!

I just bought my first home, so I am pretty clueless on Furnaces/AC. There was a problem with the AC unit in the basement with leaking water. I called up J Werner Heating at the recommendation of the sellers and my sister who lives in Germantown. The service guy was right on time! I thought for sure I would be waiting around like with other service companies I have dealt with. He went into my basement, and noticed my drain plug was clogged. He replaced it and explained everything he was doing. My units are originals and close to 20 years, so I asked if I should replace them. He inspected both the furnace and AC and told me they are in great condition. I thought for sure he would convince me to buy new ones. But nope, he was totally honest. He spent time going over and teaching me the parts of the furnace and AC, he helped me change my filter and gave me recommendations on how to keep it in top shape. He went outside to the AC unit and showed me all the components. There was a tube that contained wires going into the unit. It was way too long and caused a gap when connecting to the panel. Although it was fine as is, the service guy told me he wanted to fix it for me so that it’s perfect. He cut down the tube, and fixed the placement of wires in the unit. He told me how to keep animals out of my unit, and how to take care of the unit during the winter time. He came into my house and explained the thermostat to me and how I could replace it for an automatic or a digital one. He was super friendly, explained everything in great detail, and was definitely out to help me make out. I definitely got my money’s worth out of the service trip with everything he fixed and taught me. And when it came to pay, he only charged me for the service call…which is super reasonable. I was like, “That’s all I owe?”. I did ask what it would cost to replace both my AC and furnace and it was way cheaper than what my other friends paid for theirs with different companies. They explained to me that they keep their prices reasonable to compete and that they depend on their service for getting clients coming back. I was super thrilled about my experience with J Werner. Exceptionally service! Definitely recommend!!!

Outstanding Service!!
Furnace was acting up and eventually stopped working.
J Werner was able to come out first thing in the morning and check it out.
Upon finding what the service tech thought to be the problem, he continued to troubleshoot certain parts until he found the actual problem. Luckily the actual problem was much less costly. I couldn't have been more happy to see that furnace back up and running in less than an hour!

Exceptional products, prices and most of all - honest service technicians!!

Our air conditioner was blowing warm air so we called J. Werner because they installed the furnace. Fast, friendly, honest and affordable.
We expected a huge bill, but we were very happy with their charges that amounted to a repair instead of a replacement. We will definitely use them again.

I called for a second opinion as a new customer. Another furnace company told me we needed a brand new furnace and offered 3 different repair bills ranging from $475-$1000. Said not really worth fixing, invest in a new one.
I am so so glad I went with my gut and called J. Werner Heating.
Tech was in and out in maybe 20 min. Repaired the problem. He told me my furnace looks good and should last even years to come.
Quick and honest. Less than $200 vs $5800.

After getting HVAC quotes from several other places, we settled on J. Werner to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We appreciated the low-pressure evaluation and quote process. Pricing is always reasonable and fair, and Rick is totally honest and transparent about everything and is willing to answer questions to keep you informed. Furnace stopped, took a week to get service. Technician didn't know prices or timeline to repair what he recommended. I had to call their office to reschedule. Same guy came back and got it fixed but talked politics the whole time here which offended my views. I'll never have this company back.

I built my house 8 years ago. JWerner installed my system. I had issues with AC last year (2022) I called them and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked they come out to look. They were very rude. So I went with another company. They fixed it. Now I have the same problem this year. Come to find out, JWerner installed the wrong equipment for my home!!! I have 3 zones, they should have put in a 2 stage system, they did not. Now my system is shot from being over worked! Do not do business with this company. They don’t know what they are doing. I have to have a new furnace and AC installed.
