Just wanted to drop a thank you note to RNB Design Group for the restoration of our finished basement. Just like many, we suffered though the loss of use, furniture, and many family momentos/memories due to the sewer backups. Russ, Chris and the team listened to our desire to get our basement back to what it was prior to the damage. We shared our thoughts, ideas and pictures of what the finished basement was and how we lost so much. Russ and his team listened to us, understood our loss, and came up with solutions that were equivalent and better in some ways to the pre-existing conditions. All of his team, were professional, friendly, very kind and answered all of our questions and more. We actually got to know them well! We love how it turned out and our bathroom upgrades and family room customer cabinet changes came out great! As with any project there were some hiccups, but Russ and the team pivoted and delivered on their work. We just want to say thank you to Russ and his team! I have already answered questions about from friends who saw the yard sign.  Here are some pictures of the pre-conditions (post demo) from the damage and the final reconstruction. If you are looking for a team to deliver your project professionally, personally, and treat your home with respect give Russ a call. They say what they are going to do, and deliver.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by RNB on our recent kitchen remodel. There were a few glitches as with any large project, which were corrected in an expedited manner as to not hold up the timeframe we were working with. I stumbled across this company on the internet and was glad I did. The owner Russ is a pleasant and easy guy to work with and listened to what we wanted done and delivered. He uses good contractors and materials, and his main go to guy by the name of Jair is very talented. We had our basement drywall done by RNB contractors. Jeff and AJ did a great job and were very responsive to our small punch list after the job was completed. Russ and Jeff were prompt, polite, and answered all of our questions, making for a timely and stress-free experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone doing home remodeling!

Russ provided a quick and reasonably priced quote (compared to 2 other quotes) for my roof, gutter, and downspout replacement. He was easy to work with, he answered all my questions and I felt confident working with him. He was able to schedule the work early in the year and it only took 2.5 days to complete the job. It looks great.

I am an audio/video contractor who worked with R&B Design Group on a basement remodel. I work with many companies and I must say Russ and his team were the best I have ever worked with. They gave me more than sufficient notice on scheduling and were extremely organized throughout the entire process. Working with RNB Design Group was painless. I had expected a nightmare, only because I had had bids from 13 other contractors. All seemed either overpriced, or sketchy. Russ was the only one who answered all of our questions, laid out all the expenses, and gave us a timeline that he stuck to. His carpenter, Jair, was charming and went well passed our expectations. The quality of his craftsmanship was, beyond question, the best I have seen in Wisconsin. If you wish to remodel your bathrooms, RNB should be on your list of bidders..
