Travis and his crew did a spectacular job treating our cedar shake roof. They are tidy throughout the process. You'd never know they were there at the end of the day except for the fact your roof looks awesome! They are a poliet and courteous team. Highly recommend calling them for your project.

Travis and his team did a great job. They pressure washed and sealed our cedar roof last year and replaced missing shingles. It looked great, almost new. This year they came back again and did some touch up work. Both times they were professional, courteous and on time. This year they had a lot of projects, but somehow, someway found time to squeeze in our project, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any project.

Had a leak in my chimney masonry and Midwest maintenance diagnosed the situation & came up with the right solution to fix my problem. Turns out I had some bad flashing and some masonry issues needed attending. So Travis got right up there and got to work. Fixed the flashing and repaired the masonry issue. Then sealed it. I was greatly appreciative of their service. Would recommend.

I am totally satisfied with the my beautifully stained deck. Travis and Rob are true professionals. I was amazed with Rob’s patience and skill power washing my house even in the rain. They were prompt and communicated as needed. I would definitely recommend them.
