Rita helped us schedule and prepare our house for deep cleaning before listing. Scheduling was easy. The cleaning team was outstanding! Highly recommend.

The cleaning is always done thoroughly, and with attention to detail. Everything looks great and the feeling of the whole house, being so clean, all at once, is just a blessing and relief for me personally. Also, communication with the owner is always available and wonderful. Always willing to help and full of helpful information.

My wife is fairly particular when it comes to cleaners. We've been through so many that start off well, then after a few visits, the attention to detail starts to decline.

The young lady arrived early and presented herself at my door precisely on time. She had two arms loaded with tools of her trade and set up shop. I did a walk thru with her to show the scope of work and she went to town and did a, "FANTASTIC JOB", in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Jess showed up to do the move out cleaning early, she did such an amazing job that the home is literally show ready already.

FANTASTIC service!!!! I've tried several other cleaning companies in the area and NONE have done nearly as good a job as the Golden Maid crew does. Their attention to detail is phenomenal - they miss nothing!!! My house looks absolutely wonderful after each clean and I could not be happier with their service. I rarely write reviews. I'm compelled to share how amazing my experience with Rita and the larger Golden Maid team has been over this past year, even scaling back our cleaning schedule during COVID. Each cleaning session leaves our 3bed, 2ba home spotless and tidy. The cleaners' attention to detail always surprises me — visually aligning baskets or small storage bins under a counter, folding and stacking throw blankets, dusting plant leaves, or leaving out an extra toilet paper roll, for example. I trust them to do a thorough job no matter how long it takes them each time. Would highly recommend meeting with Rita and getting a quote. She has been so easy to work with and completely professional.

We were very impresssed with the quality and thoroughness of clean Jeanie gave us on her first trip to the house! We have never used a cleaning service before, but Rita’s Golden Maid company came highly recommended. Jeanie hit on pretty much every aspect of the house, and some areas (for example a seldom used bath tub) came out looking like new again after her touch! Moving absolutely sucks, but Golden Maid helped make this process much less stressful. When I initially inquired about a cleaning, Rita responded promptly and was able to come out and provide a quote within 24 hours. They worked with my schedule to provide a deep clean exactly when I needed it for showings.
On the day of cleaning, four cleaners came. They were friendly, prompt, and very professional. I am amazed at what they accomplished in such a short amount of time. The house looks amazing, my plumbing fixtures have never been so shiny, and they even took care of the cobwebs in the basement and mopped the basement floor, which I was not expecting at all. I am so grateful that these ladies were able to accomplish so much so quickly. We are now considering using Golden Maid to do monthly cleanings at our new home, too.

Karen was the cleaner sent, and though she was 45 minutes late, she was in my home for several hours. She did a really, really good job with my post-remodel deep-clean, and rectified any concerns I had at the end. The ONLY thing that I could find fault with was the overwhelming scents from all the cleaning products used. It was a cold day, so I couldn’t air out the house as well as I had hoped. The scents are very strong, but I overlooked it because the job was very well-done, and I feel it was a good value for the fee I was charged.
