Tom's comes through again! We first worked with them around 2021 when our air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air. A guy from a different company came out, charged us to refill the Freon, and told us we'd need a new unit by the end of summer. We called Tom's for a second opinion. I wish I would have called them first. Tom's found that the first company had misdiagnosed the problem and overfilled the unit with freon. Tom's removed the excess Freon for us, gave us a credit for it, and fixed the AC unit. It was still working well two years later when we moved.

We just had an issue with our furnace at our new place (and unfortunately we couldn't remember Tom's name so we called another company).

The other company came out and tried to sell us a completely new furnace. So we looked harder and found Tom's again. The tech showed up same afternoon, cleaned parts the first guy didn't even touch or mention, and tested the furnace and thermostat thoroughly. He found nothing wrong with it and no reason to replace it. Glad we have the Tom's sticker on our furnace so we can remember who to call first.

Tom's is reliable, honest, and has saved us literally thousands of dollars. I highly, highly recommend them. Call them first.

Highly recommend! We built an addition on the back of our home and called them to come out and give us a quote. This was around Christmas time, and they were able to fit us in and get the job done within a reasonable time.

Jason came out to fix my HVAC unit and was very informative. And when he finished. He handed me the bill. How often have you said "Wow I expected it to be more" Highly recommend them!

I asked a friend who works in HVAC community who would they call if they needed HVAC help. They said Tom's. I called this morning. Tom came out around noon and immediately fixed the issue with my furnace. As a home owner, finding a trustworthy repair company is a significant thing. 10/10 would recommend.

Once again, Tom's heating comes through when needed. The furnace had issues due to the extended cold weather, and Tom's heating arrived, diagnosed and had the furnace running in short order through logical troubleshooting, which ended up with a lower bill as opposed to replacing parts and seeing if it fixes the problem. Overall, I give an A+ grade and suggest contacting them if you need expert service, customer service, and follow-up.

I have been using Tom's Dependable Heating & Cooling for a number of years. We had a circumstance that recently came up where I called them on a Friday later in the day because we had no heat. This was the first real cold snap of the season and on top of this we had company come over for the weekend. I talked with Jeff who answered the phone and he told me he will get someone out that afternoon. A few hours later the service technician (Jason) came over, he was very professional and courteous. One hour later Jason rectified the problem and we were good to go. I was so appreciative of their service with very little leadtime. I will definitely recommend them going forward. I cannot say enough about this firm, especially Jeff and Jason!!! Excellent work guys!!
