Josh was able to provide a fair quote for our two new air conditioner units at our rental property. We wanted to move quickly, and his team was able to install the following week. It’s important to me that contractors are respectful and conscientious when my tenants are home during the work, and they did a great job doing so. We would definitely recommend them to others and use them again ourselves!

Water heater broke water everywhere, called Josh to see if he could fix it. Came right over to shut off the heater and drain it. The next day they were here replacing it. Josh and his crew are always very friendly and professional. Would recommend him to everyone

Josh was awesome. Took his time to make sure my old Lennox furnace was working to the best it could for its age. He was honest and was friendly. He was on time too! Josh installed our basement heating system when we finished our basement. He also just came out on very short notice to repair our AC system during this early heat wave. Turns out, a mouse ate a wire. Josh was on time, found the issue right away, and had it up and running in less than an hour. excellent guy, excellent service, would highly recommend anybody to use him.

Josh promptly responded when our heater stopped working well and fixed the problem while providing good information about the cause of the problem and condition of our furnace. We will continue using Due North as they are smart and trustworthy.

Rarely do I post reviews unless I’m totally blown away by my overall experience with an organization or conversely, they totally suck. This group hit the proverbial grand slam. Everyone that I interacted with during the entire process (initial call, assessment, quote, sale, installation, training) of replacing my furnace and air conditioner was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Their guidance and answers to all my questions gave me “peace of mind” and convinced me that they were the real deal. These guys (Josh, Reese, Don, and Kevin) flat out ROCK. I have experience with a number of their competitors and they can’t hold a candle to these dudes. I’m sticking with them from here on out.

Excellent experience all around. From the friendly woman who scheduled the appointment to the polite and competent service technician who arrived on time, everything went well. Our technician Reese, was happy to take the time to explain what he was doing and why. Charges were fair and reasonable. Small company with high level of service. Absolutely recommend.

Josh was very responsive to supply a quote for a new A/C at our home. Price was very competitive and install technicians were excellent. Never have we been provided with a gift of chocolate from a service we have hired; very thoughtful gesture. Josh and his team are great. Our air conditioner died and quotes we received from others seemed way out of line. When Due North quoted the unit it was much more in line with what we had expected. Unit is in just in time for the heat spell and working great.

We noticed that our A/C wasn’t working well on Sunday night, so I texted my neighbor the next morning who they used a couple of weeks earlier to tune up their A/C, they told me to call Due North Heating and Cooling, so I called around 10am and they said they could come out around 1pm, so Josh arrived a little after 1 and in less than an hour had our A/C backup and running (bad capacitor). Thanks again for such prompt and excellent service at a reasonable price!!!

Due North came to the rescue quickly on one of our few hot days when my A/C was leaking strangely. They immediately found the problem left by another company who had installed the furnace months before (and who couldn't help for another two weeks). They have a polite and professional team, willing to take time to answer questions. They now have a new loyal customer for my regular HVAC checkups and future installs.

Our 27 year old furnace wanted to retire. We agreed it was time. Kevin and Josh gave us options for new furnace and had it installed within a week.

They were very efficient and tidy. Kevin left the area very clean. A pleasure working with them.!

We contacted Due North Heating in the evening and they called first thing in the morning and arrived 3 hours later. Our air conditioner was making an odd noise and it turns out it just needed a good cleaning. They are fast and honest and reasonable. I highly recommend Due North Heating.
