Was the 4 or 5 call we placed this morning when we noticed our AC wasn’t working and I’m glad no one else anawered or chose to send us to voice mail. Phil was right on time, kind, quick, and fixed the problem with no issue. Pricing was more than fair and didn’t attempt to diagnose any other “problem” or sell any other service. We will be recommending them and, god forbid, using them in the future. Keep up the great work!

Anderson Heating installed a Radon Mitigation system in my home. They were able to reduced the radon levels from 7.8 to 0.5 (as confirmed by their machine and another independent test). For reference the outdoors is 0.4. I'm very happy with the install; clean and quiet! Highly recommend.

Gary was great to work with as a Sales contact. His quote was very competitive locally, and based on previous reviews of Anderson I decided to take my business here.
The install team was very thorough, and took the time to answer my excessive questions. I had them install a modulating Bryant furnace with the Wifi thermostat, as well as a Reznor garage heater that vents thru the roof. I would highly recommend!

I needed an AC system evac done in preparation for demo-ing the system during renmovations. We would do the removal ourselves and the service company would keep the R22. I called several local HVAC companies for estimates, and Anderson was the most competitive. Service was quick, prompt and professional.

I will say that there was no inkling of any sales pitch or pressure to have them install the new system. I told them what I needed, and they provided the service with no attempts to upsell.

Another local company wanted to charge almost three times as much as Anderson. When I advised them of Anderson’s lower estimate, I was subjected to verbal abuse.

My neighbors also usd Anderson to install a new residential hot water boiler system at a price that was far below what other local companies would have charged. They are extremely happy with the results.

If I am out of town on business and our house has HVAC problems, I will tell my wife to call Anderson without hesitation.

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in our 28-year-old house. I was very impressed with the sales rep and the installers. The entire process went very well. Great customer service and competitively priced.

We just completed a remodel of our Lake home and worked with Anderson Heating on replacing all of the mechanicals (furnace, air conditioner, air exchanger, water heater..etc) in the home. We had a wonderful experience working with Gary and the entire Anderson Heating staff - we are very appreciative of Gary's attention to detail, follow through and wonderful customer service. Tech was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my furnace breakdown and what options I had for repair. When I decided to replace rather than repair the salesman arrived quickly, provided clear options, and saw to a quick replacement. I appreciated that as this was a mid-winter breakdown. Very pleased with the service and our new furnace.

The tech came after hours and was upfront with pricing right from the start. In less than an hour he had our blower motor replaced. Only down side is they don't tell you upfront payment. Thankfully we had the funds to afford it. Most places bill us. But over all great service

Worked with extremely professional service dispatch and technicians at Anderson Heating on our A/C Unit issue (worn capacitor). Staff and technician were knowledgeable in diagnosis and repair of a/c unit. I look forward to working with the sales team on a new more efficient system this summer. My furnace went out during the night. I tried remedied the problem with no luck. This was the weekend as well! Placed a call to and was provided after hours #. Scott answered the phone and he was here in a Jiffy. Very pleasant with great customer service. He also explaining details of how things happen and work. He was very helpful in sharing ways to keep things efficient. He went the extra mile to show me what to look out for with maintaining to avoid further problems.

Excellent response time. Excellent service . You get what you pay for, and Anderson Heating is worth every penny. Can't speak highly enough about Gary and his team. Despite their busy schedule, they came to our aid quickly and with outstanding work ethic when our AC system went out the week before we hosted a wedding and international guests.
