Beca was very knowledgeable and fast! She found out was was exactly wrong and got the parts ordered so it will be fixed asap for my mini split. Mice had a hay day and chewed a few wires. Great employee A+++

They removed an unsafe cast iron boiler and installed a high efficiency boiler. They arrived at the scheduled time and finished in one day. They used drop cloths and left the space in good condition. Communication was good. Great job.

Very knowledgeable with my boiler, Jared found a ton of issues with the internals, he changed a couple gaskets, added fittings, and was able to provide information on how my Frankenstein equipment actually worked!! 💪 I thought id never get it straightened out, he took his time and did it right !! Jared is an asset to the Hurlburt team!

Did a fabulous job! Very happy. But I feel like the price is a little steep for just the install and removal of a Water heater I purchased and had on hand.

Beau did a great job on a/c and furnace install. He had to work outside quite a bit on a bitter cold and windy day. Beau also went into the attic to replace vent piping. Some installers would have tried to shortcut that. And Beau took extra time to carefully walk me through the thermostat operation and answer all my questions. Toasty warm now and will be cool come summer. Thank you Beau.

Dan was great! He came out on Christmas Eve to replace a leaky gasket in my furnace; above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing!

We had a great experience with Hurlburt! We had a furnace, ac and water heater installed. Jordan did our initial visit and quote and the communication from first day to install date was top notch. It’s a big expense so we got quotes from 4 different companies and Hurlburt was the best deal and honestly was the only one to give such a personalized experience. Jordan walked me through all our options and was super responsive to my endless questions and requests for changes to the quotes. We wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal we could while also getting a good product. Cody, Austin and Ethan did the furnace and ac. They were all very friendly, kept me informed of how things were going and walked me through everything at the end. They showed up exactly when they said they would and had it all done in just under 5 hours. Kegan and his partner (forgot his name!) showed up to do the water heater right as the first team was wrapping up. Same as the first crew, super friendly and worked fast! Showed me the finished product and how it worked. In and out in about an hour. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. I’ve already recommended them to friends! Thank you!!

Very thankful for Nick J and his assistant today for helping out with my water heater. Both were professional and personable. Good information was given in reference to any future problems.

Austin and his team were very friendly and considerate. They answered my questions and made sure I knew what changes were made and how to operate new equipment.
They put down drop cloths, wore booties, and cleaned up any debris from the install and removal processes which waa really appreciated.
They were able to troubleshoot some unforseen complications and we are happy with the solutions provided.

Ben came to our house within 24 hours of noticing the problem. He was timely and very informative. He replaced our condensation pump and line. He also shared good info with us regarding general maintenance and other recommendations. We will be working with Ben for our future HVAC needs.

Hunter did a great job replacing an old water heater. He provided information on installation, maintenance and warranty. Cleaned up the work area and removed old water heater and old parts.

Had an emergency visit, due to our heat going out, Dan came in and was very friendly and knowledgeable, whilst the news was bad (have to replace furnace) my experience with Dan was exceptional. We now have a rep coming to get us set up for a new furnace, I will update after that.

Cody, came in today and installed our new furnace, and let me tell you, nothing has changed, every aspect of dealing with Hurlburt has been flawless, every one of the team members we have dealt with, has been very courteous and professional, and extremely knowledgeable, I can not recommend these guys enough.

Jared R was super friendly and helpful. He was able to come out on very short notice, which was impressive considering it’s below zero right now so they must be swamped. He replaced our boiler tank, which had a flukey pinhole leak, for a low flat rate. Wonderful experience overall.

When our house was built 25 years ago, it was piped for water almost entirely out of CPVC. In the past few years we have had so many leaks as the CPVC has degraded and revealed what a horrible material it is for plumbing. Enter Jeremy and his team from Hurlburt who replaced it all with Pex. We knew they would have to cut many holes in walls and ceilings for this job, but they did that with such care, and replaced the pieces after cutting them out. Sure there’s still drywall repair needed, but our drywall guy was marveling at how clean their work was. Hurlburt really took time to do this huge job correctly, and I’m very pleased with the end result.

I called Hurlburt Air & Home when my furnace started acting up, and they originally weren’t able to send anyone until the next morning. A few minutes later, they actually called me back and worked me into their schedule, a huge relief. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful, which made a stressful situation feel a lot easier.
Ben came out to take a look, and he was exactly the kind of person you want showing up for something like this. Friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never made me feel rushed or brushed off. Just a genuinely good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Andrew was great! Friendly and efficient. The lights on the outside of my garage weren’t working, and he found and solved the problem in record time! I’ve had Hurlburt to my house, three times in the last few months and they’re always great to work with.

The original contact with Mike from sales was handled professionally, and with no pressure. Our HVAC installation went very well ! Evan and the other installer were on time, efficient,congenial, and kept us well informed during the process. Communications with the office staff was also great.

Scheduling was quick and easy online. Called to clarify I would provide the faucet I preferred. Bryson E was on time, super nice, efficient, and did the plumbing work perfectly. Very highly recommended.
Electrical inspection was quick and informative. Zac did the work I requested right away and gave me estimates for the work I’m planning in the near future.
