I contacted the owner directly 2 days ago with a frozen AC coil and a flooded basement. He responded immediatly, and came out to the house to give me a quote. The units were 30 plus years old so it made sense to replace both the AC and the furnace. He came in and showed me exactly what I needed for my home. No high pressure up selling! Just honest good work for a great price. I work in the real estate industry and will recommend K and C to all my current and future clients. Thanks so much!

Corey was great! He was very responsive and thoughtful in trying to think of lesser expensive alternatives to repair our a/c. We need a furnace tune up and will be calling to schedule that this week!!

Corey was very helpful in giving me options when it came time to replace my existing furnace & ac unit. His guys were efficient & cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Highly recommend! In fact already have.

Mike showed up on-time first thing Monday morning to fix our furnace. He quickly identified the problem and had the heat back on in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be giving Corey and his team a call at K & S if I have another problem with my furnace in the future.

Awesome service. 95+ degrees on a Saturday and both my home AC and my rental unit AC stopped working. I knew my home AC unit needed a new capacitor but where to get one on a Saturday. Google search showed K & C was the only place "Open"...until Noon. I called the K & C number and got an answer from Cory right away. He was on a service call but said he would call me when done and could meet at his shop to get a capacitor. Sure enough he called as promised, even though it was well past Noon, met me at the shop and had a capacitor for me. I asked if he could go to my rental unit and he did, fixing that quickly without charging an arm and leg for outside of business hours work. He even called me later that afternoon to see if I got my AC unit running! Highly recommended.

Corey is kind and helpful. He is willing to assist in various situations. He communicates well to accommodate when needed.

I had 3 companies give me estimates to replace my furnace and AC. K&C was the best price and even had upgraded equipment over 1 of the other estimates. They were great to work with and everything is working great.

Had Mason out here to fix the furnace. He got here quick, finished the job quick, and now I’ve got warm air! It’s 4 degrees so I appreciated the speedy response. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy, I will absolutely recommend K&C to family and friends.
