The response time was fantastic! The gentleman that came out was very thorough and professional. He explained what to do if we have a similar issue in the future too which was great!

It's been a long time since I've needed any furnace repair help. When I did, these folks were responsive and helped me out. After explaining what was wrong they went ahead and made it all better. I don't remember the service guy's name, but he was friendly and patient... and he kept everything nice and clean. You are on my short list of heating help. Thank you!

I have hired this company to replace my air conditioner and a few years later fix my baseboard water heater wiring system. Both times I was very happy with the quality of the service and the price - I highly recommend!

Aaron installed a new furnace and air conditioner in the last 12 months for us. I would highly recommend R & S! Everyone we worked with and talked to were fantastic.

Our air conditioner broke this week during 90 degree heat and my wife is 9 months pregnant. We waited for another company to come out to fix it for over 24 hrs. After still receiving no help, we searched for a local company and found R&S. The owner himself came to our home within the hour and fixed our air. He was professional, kind, and helpful. We are grateful and would highly recommend R&S to everyone!

Great communication and service. I worked with Aaron on my ac unit and he did a great job. He communicated with me via phone while i was at work sending me before and after pics along with educating me on proper maintenance. Very pleased with the service done and will continue to use in future!

Called in the morning at 630am about my furnace, and they returned my call at about 730am. They fit me in the same day. Aaron was a great technician and was extremely friendly. The price was reasonable given it was a simple fix. (30 mins) I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thank you R&S HVAC

R&S was excellent to work with. Owner was immediately responsive to my phone inquiry and was able to send a technician out on short notice when another local HVAC company abruptly cancelled a service appointment that had been made 3 weeks earlier. The other company wanted to reschedule for 10 days from now. R&S was here in 90 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional, and a fair price. I think I have a new preferred HVAC service in Hudson.

They wouldn't fix my AC unit and only wanted to sell me a new one. It's 90 degrees and I'm 6 months pregnant and I can't afford a new unit. Horrible service!!! Don't use them!!!

Poor installation. Did not measure exhaust vent pitch correctly before drilling holes in my house. Now rain gets into the exhaust and inside my furnace. 5 years later, I am still dealing with it. No resolution from Aaron or R&S.

Called for a repair of my air. It wasn't cooling properly. Repair man came promptly. After checking things out he said nothing was wrong. I ran it for a day and found the problem was still there. I called back and they said that they would check it again. Talked to them twice and they never came back. I called another company and they found the problem in 5 minutes. Was very disappointed in the service I got for the price I paid.
