Boulder Hills Landscaping designed and built a beautiful patio for our home. The design fits perfectly with our farmhouse. There wasn’t any extra clean up for us after the job was finished and they finished in a timely manner. We love our patio!

Two years ago I had landscaping done at the front of my property by Boulder Hills so when I decided I needed another patio with privacy trees, on the side of my house it was a no brainer. I went directly to Boulder and my new patio looks fantastic! I’ve received many compliments over the past couple of months. It got off to a rocky start because the weather wouldn’t cooperate but once it did the project took off and was finished in about 3 days! They even came back the next month and cleaned up all the crushed rock they accidently left behind! All the guys were very professional, respectful, and patiently answered my questions. Joe even showed up to help when on one of the days they were short-handed. I was also in the market for a new garden hose and they recommended some options (who knew there were different types out there). I bought the one they recommended and luv it. It wasn’t very expensive and It made watering my newly planted trees so much easier. Thanks guys. I could go on and on … I’m so happy with their work. Kudos to the Boulder Hills team and their phenomenal work on our patio and landscaping project this summer. I was initially guarded when reaching out to a company with whom that I had no previous experience, but both the outcome, and process, far exceeded my expectations.

The entire project was a smooth one. Throughout design, execution and scheduling, the Boulder Hills team members were fantastic partners bringing their creative excellence, and providing ongoing communication.

Design – Joe listened closely to our needs and provided a design that reflected our input, while offering additional ideas. He was open to edits, honest with potential challenges and made the approval process a smooth one (even with additional, minor tweaks during execution). Creative aside, Joe provided constant communication and updates, and responded to questions in a timely manner.

Onsite team – I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail the onsite team brought to the entire project, treating the patio/landscaping as if they were building it in their own backyards. They asked questions if unsure of my intended approach, and were always attentive (and patient) with my questions. For those to whom it matters, the team was mindful to clean the site on a daily basis. It never would have bothered me, but I’m sure my neighbors appreciated it.

Office coordinator – The office coordinator provided constant communication and had the same attention to detail during the scheduling and invoicing parts of the project. She was organized, answered questions quickly and provided real-time updates as needed.

Have no doubt: If you are looking for a skilled, personable and hands-on company for an outdoor project, Boulder Hills will not disappoint - and it will look amazing!

Joe and his team have done a few jobs for us over the years. Those jobs have ranged from small to larger jobs. They have built stone landscape beds/planters, planted a number of plants and trees, and built stone edging around the entire perimeter of my house, including multiple steps downs on both sides of my home where the yard slopes. I have always found Joe’s crews to be responsible, courteous, and personable. They stay on the job until it is complete and communicate any deviations in advance. His senior people are very adept at taking a creative idea and transforming it into a pleasing product. They check their work with my wife and myself throughout for any needed correction. I am very happy with the quality of their work.

Customer service is very good. I have only had one problem in all the jobs they have done for me and Joe stood behind it and resolved to my satisfaction. I don’t call that a problem - I call that excellent customer service! Joe really cares about his customers.

Joe (the Owner) and his crew were absolutely fantastic. We had a massive amount of removal, grading, seeding etc.. needed. With this type of project it takes a leap of faith to hope that the final result will be the same as what you envisioned. I must say that Boulder Hills not only lived up to this vision, but also greatly improved it as they had suggestions and recommendations along the way. I loved how they owned being the experts (I am drastically inexperienced when it comes to landscaping), and I never once felt uneasy. Great customer service, amazing quality of work and a solutions oriented mind frame are just a few of the reasons I would never hesitate to refer Boulder Hills to any friends/family.

My wife and I decided it was time to rip off the very aged deck and replace with a patio. After some research we reached out to Joe at Boulder Hills. From the outset Joe was very enthusiastic about our project. Joe, Eric and the entire Boulder Hills team worked to create a spectacular outside living area, which is truly magazine worthy!! We are so happy with the results. If you are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, personable, trustworthy, and hard working crew, Boulder Hills is the company you should be using!!

We needed to hire someone to do landscaping, so naturally, we called around to get quotes. Boulder Hills Landscaping was the first company to respond back and first to give us a quote. Joe was so incredibly personable and knowledgeable that we knew within 10 minutes we wanted his business. He was incredibly prompt at communicating, very helpful in answering our questions, and our landscaping was done on schedule. During the “build”, we stopped by during lunch to see the progress and the crew was polite and hard working! We were impressed with the little details they paid attention to and the clean up after the project was done. We absolutely love the way it turned out and the combination of plants with rocks and mulch is stunning! I would recommend Boulder Hills to EVERYONE I speak to and would hands down work with them again. Thank you, Joe and team, for making our house look beautiful with your talents!
