Showed on time, fix was quick and professional,will use them again

My brother in law ordered a wash machine and it took forever to get there and when it did come there was a noise when they tryed it out. He claimed the noise was because it was cold and to wait a hour or two. He waited 4 hours noise still there. When he came to look at it he said he would have to order a special wrench that he didn't have. The lastest is he will need a new wash tub before he could use it.
