I had just installed a light fixture and started to smell smoke. The smell was strong in the basement where the circuit box is located. I called with concern that my handiwork could be the potential cause of an electrical fire. Brian was professional and thoroughly checked everything but found no indication of an electrical problem. We stepped outside and discovered my neighbor was using their fire pit in the backyard and the smoke smell was likely coming in through the intake for the furnace. Brian was kind and did not judge. Though the call ended up being unnecessary, I was glad to have a nice technician and the peace of mind that all was well.

I called on a Monday and they were able to come out for an estimate on that Wednesday. Chris came out for the estimate and was here right on time, was very understanding of what we wanted and gave us great suggestions for how we could get it done. We set up an appointment and they were able to come within the next 2 weeks (probably could have been sooner without the holidays in between.)

We had 4 outlets installed in our basement so we can finally use it for more than just a washer/dryer. The electrician, Neil, was right on time also and finished quicker than the time estimated. The work definitely seems of great quality and was exactly what we asked for. The price seemed very reasonable for the work done.

The service on all fronts was very friendly and knowledgeable. And we will definitely going back to Mr. Holland for future needs!

We worked with Mr. Holland's over the summer to replace the old HVAC setup in our house. They were easy to schedule for a free no-pressure quote and were thorough in their questioning of our needs and desires for our new system.

After obtaining quotes from several different local providers, Mr. Holland's gave us what we deemed to be the best system at the best price. They even included a maintenance plan, so we don't have to fret over upkeep and inspections of the system!

Installation was done in less than a day and perhaps more impressive, they did a post-job inspection and found a small error which was quickly addressed. That's a high level of workmanship that isn't always present when hiring home service contractors these days.

If something would happen to our system down the line, I have confidence that Mr. Hollands would be there to address the issue in a swift and courteous manner.

I specifically used the electrical services. First, scheduling was amazing. Fill out a form online, scheduled the next day. Bryon showed up on time, spent time explaining the situation, and explained what was a necessary vs. Unnecessary fix. He walked me through the cost of the projects and the various options I had so as to save on the cost. Bryon had to come back the following week to do the second half of the job, again on time, quick work, super nice, and explained everything. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We had the pleasure of having George Watts from Mr. Hollands come on out to do a furnace tune up to our unit. George was phenomenal! George was very patient with us and explained in detail the furance tune up. We highly recommend giving Mr. Holland's a look if you are in the market for a new Furnace and or AC unit. Thank you George, you are AWESOME! Thank you Mr. Holland's!

Mr Hollands staff always does an excellent job. We’ve had them servicing our HVAC system for close to 20 years and are always very thorough and professional. We wouldn’t consider working with any other company than Hollands.

Z was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely polite, kind, and helpful, and he fixed our toilet quickly and efficiently. It’s so nice to have someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. Thank you, Z, for taking care of our problem so well!

Hollands came out back in October and replaced our very old oil boiler in our home. They did a fantastic job! The technicians were kind and professional. It was a huge job and they were here well into the evenning. we are very happy with our new boiler . It is keeping us nice and warm. We shopped around before we chose them to do this job. They were resonable. And we are happy with them. Thank you so much for the great job!

Mr. Holland’s is it! Our AC took a dive on the hottest week of the summer. They were able to get in after a few days and have a whole new system installed and running perfectly! With our old system being from 95’, it was time we invested. They didn’t leave any kind of mess and really took care of everything. Even did an electrical check up after install. Also the 10 year warranties on EVERYTHING is nice. No worries there. Will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs!

Bill, Nick and team were absolutely incredible to work with. I just got my new home 3 months ago and already encountered a major plumbing backup in the basement. They were awesome about trying to do everything to get it running before we realized we had to actually dig things up and replace the 107 year old house trap. It was totally worth it and I now have full peace of mind and can move into this new home chapter in full confidence, or as I like to say "pooping in confidence" :) I really appreciate the amazing work, responsiveness and I'm so glad I found a good new plumber and HVAC company I feel I can count on and trust!

The technician came out and fixed and solved the problem very quickly, but it seems like it’s something he’s seen before and ours was a new insulation of the furnace that the gas pressure was not set properly from one time that was installed. Our furnace was installed in the summer, so I’m sure all they did was just turn it on the first time to make sure everything was working right and never checked out to make sure that everything was set to the proper standards or specifications. It would’ve been nice to have some type of a maybe a call to see how everything was working once the colder weather came in with a new installation.

Vents Cleaned with Incredible Service! Extremely thorough with photos of before and after work. Both men were personable and caring of my home and furniture. They were recommended to me by a friend who had their vents recently cleaned by Mr. Hollard's and I too HIGHLY recommend them! THANKS TO YOU ALL!

Z Ellis was an awesome technician. It was at my son's home. He was efficient and very patient with my questions. Cleaned up very well. Great job!

We had Mr Hollander out to service our 25 year old air conditioner. After assessment, we were provided with all the options from service to replacement. We chose to hold off on repairing until we talked with their sales rep/project manager. Rudy was very professional and knowledgeable and, again, left us with lots of information and options. No high pressure sales at any point.

We did go with replacement, not just of AC, but also aging furnace. They were able to get the work on the schedule within days. The crew showed up on time, took steps to protect our interior, very polite. They identified a problem due to space/access limitations but worked creatively as a team to address the problem. We were very impressed with their knowledge and the pride they took in their work. Great clean up and a walk through at the end of the day.

Great job! We’ll be using Mr Hollands for future needs.

I had an emergency backup. They were able to come right away to unclog my sewer line. They gave me a free inspection. Turns out I needed hydrogen jetting. They were very honest and came out in a timely manner. Would recommend this place. Staff also was very friendly and courteous.

Our hot water heater went out. I spoke to Stephanie who was very friendly and kind with my concerns. She got me in contact with Tyler who walked me through everything I needed to do to shut the water and gas off to the water heater. He was great and was able to get a new one scheduled to install in a just a few days since we were looking for the same brand and he needed to order it. The day of I had the technician Johnathan Beck text he was on his way and was on time. Johnathan was awesome! Very prompt, courteous, friendly and explained everything he would be doing. He put floor mats down in the hallway not to scratch my wood floors.. .All around from the first phone call to the installation, Mr Hollands staff was amazing! I highly recommend this company! We had two electricians in to set up new lighting and plugs around an unfinished basement. One was in training, but despite that, they both were thorough, professional, and quick workers. Much appreciated!

Josh was fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, super friendly, and really easy to communicate with. He did quality work and made the whole process stress-free. He’ll be back to finish tomorrow, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone.

I’ve had an issue with roots in my sewer mainline and have called multiple times other companies before. Mr Holland is by far the best. Best response time on getting someone out, best price and friendliest staff. Josh is who can out to fix the issue for me and he did a fantastic job. Super friendly, punctual and informative. Took he just a few minutes to clear everything up and even helped set up someone to come out and cam the line so we can get to the root of the issue. 10/10

Drain specialist Z Ellis was sent to my home to unclog a bathroom sink drain. He was very communicative in letting me know arrival time etc, and he was extremely thorough in his work. It took extra time and work for him to reinstall the pipes and have them not leak and Z Ellis performed this extra work without complaint, which I appreciated greatly. My drain now works well and the pipes are not leaking. I will always use Mr. Holland's for similar jobs in the future!

We had the best experience with Mr hollands. We had several companies come out for quotes or repair...they are (Matt) the only ones who got back to us the same day not weeks later or some companies didnt get back to us at all! Our boiler went down and they were here the next day to install an entirely new system....they were professional and did excellent work, not to mention true to their word! They went above and beyond and highly recommend them to anyone!!! We are very happy!
