The most helpful tree trimming service I've worked with all year

They said they would be back too take a dead tree it's been over a year and no feed back Would not recommend them!!!!!

The company was hired by an owner of a rental property on Milton Avenue. We felt bad for the guy on the ground. The man in the bucket was rude and yelling and cursing. Completely unprofessional. No real technique. Very sloppy. Branches falling into neighbors yards. Debris left hanging on utility lines. Very dangerous and careless. He left our yard trashed with debris as well as breaking panels on our privacy fence. He never confronted us about the damage even though we were outside watching it happen. We had to call the company only to be lied to about coming out to clean and repair the mess. This company was a no-show. They are definitely not a shade better than anything other than garbage.

Todd took most of the trees down in the fall of 2021, said he would be back the following Spring to take down the last 3 trees and promised to relevel the yard and put down new grass seed in the process. It is now 1 full year later and he hasn't come back. We contacted him several times and always received the same response "Oh yeah, I'll be there Friday" and he NEVER SHOWS. Would NOT recommend!

Todd did my neighbors tree took it down fine in the rain. Screwed up her yard bad. Asked if he could use our driveway, screwed up our driveway. He keeps saying he will be back . Never shows up. Very irritated, my neighbor is a widowed lady . She is just dumb founded how a person can take advantage of people. I do not recommend this tree service.

I would give A Shade Better Tree Service zero stars if that was an option. Worst contractor experience of my life. He destroyed our yard and damaged our property. He damaged our neighbors property. We paid him for work he did not complete. It has been over a year now that he was going to come back and finish up. He was completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and read the other reviews saying the same / similiar things and hire someone else.
