Chris came out after hours. He was honest about the rate and there were no surprises. He fixed the problem, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was happening for my particular clogged drain. He did exactly what needed to be done and didn't tack on any extra services. Honest, reasonably priced and a real nice guy. I would definately use his services again.

I contracted Urban's Plumbing for installation of a new water pressure tank. Unlike other plumbing companies I contacted Urban's Plumbing inquired about the type of water pressure tank and well system I currently have and came to my house with all the correct components to match my water system. The installation went very smoothly with no uh-oh's. Also, the cost was very reasonable as compared to price quotes I received from other plumbing companies I contacted. I would recommend Urban's plumbing to all and have found a new plumber for future needs..

Since moving to Milwaukee, I have used Urban Plumbing on several occasions
Chris and Nick are always on time, always professional and always take the time to talk you through the job at hand. Today I had punctured pipe emergency - nothing to to with the cold, more to do with me, a nail gun and some floor trim!! Gggrrrhhh!! Phoned Urban Plumbing in the AM and the punctured pipe was repaired before lunch. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, amazing!!

Had an urgent issue where we needed a new water heater asap. Chris and son were able to find time and install a new one that day. Family owned, professional and caring is what to expect. They went above and beyond with even fixing a shower head. Would recommend and use again!

I called Chris last summer for a blocked shower line buried behind tile in my parents 60 year old home. The tub was also running slow. I was worried about the major job of accessing the line. Chris came up with an innovative plan to try and clear the house pipes first before the expensive job of ripping out tile. It worked and he saved me quite a bit of money. He also gave me an analysis of the state of the rest of the pipes in the house. Not only is he an honest plumber that really knows his business... he's personable too.

I had occasion to call Chris again last summer for a blocked vent pipe. He came to the house after hours. He said that he could fix it, but also explained how I could resolve the problem myself, which I did at a later time.

A year later and I am about to call Chris again, for some additional repairs. You certainly can't go wrong hiring this plumber!

Chris is amazing to work with. He was able to come fix my issue several days before anyone else had an opening. He spent extra time helping me understand the situation and make an informed decision. His price was very reasonable as well.

This was our first time working with Chris. He helped to repair our tub drain and fit us in on short notice. He was very pleasant and I really appreciated that he explained what he was doing and kept me involved in the process of diagnosing the issue. He gave suggestions that made it clear he wasn't trying to oversell me on more expensive repairs than needed. He was quick about cleaning up the mess that was created. We are both extremely happy with our finished work by Chris. We needed him to basically do all the plumbing and gas work in our newly remodeled kitchen. He came out to our house for the original quote (which he got back to us the same day!). And then came and did the rough plumbing and then once we were ready for him, he came back to do the finish. He is very prompt and professional with his communication and response. He worked with us to make our tight schedule work and his prices are very reasonable. He’s also very personable, respectful and nice. We were also pleasantly surprised with how clean and beautiful the actual plumbing under our sink was. Who knew it could be so pretty! He definitely keeps your best interest in mind and takes care of his clients. We are thrilled to have contacted him and will definitely be using him for future plumbing projects. Chris was able to schedule me very quickly for a water heater replacement. I found him to be very professional and easy to talk to. I had numerous questions which he easily answered. He found that the prior installation was against code and explained why. His price was easily the lowest of 6 that I checked on. I will not hesitate to call Urban"s Plumbing if needed and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Chris is a great guy and a fantastic plumber. He and his son diagnosed and fixed my loose toilet anchor issue quickly and completely, used high quality repair materials and did it right the first time. I have great confidence in his skills and highly recommend his services.

We are extremely happy with the work we had done by Chris. He replaced all the galvanized piping in our basement along with 3 hose bibs and it turned out great. There was one small leak and he came out shortly after I called him to fix it and he also replaced one of the hose bibs. Chris was very responsive to my tests and was always very courteous and professional. We will be recommending Urban Plumbing to everyone we know and we will be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

Chris replaced two exterior spigots on our house and fixed a shutoff valve that was leaking. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the value. Chris was very responsive to my emails and texts, and even gave me a heads up that they would be early as well as texted me when he was on his way. Very courteous and professional.
