I called 9/20 she set me up with an appt on 9/21 between 11am-1pm I called at 12:45 to get an eta on the technician she said “he’ll be there within a half hour” it is now 4:03pm. No one is answering at ANY of their sites and no one has showed up. I missed a whole day of class for this!!!

Worthless. The guy came in looked behind the fridge (did not even look at the compressor) opened the door and proclaimed the compressor was bad. Charged $75 and went on the the next sucker. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Did not do any diagnostics.
