I've used General Parts for many years for repair and maintenance. Terry is my guy, and has been for years, it's great having someone who knows my equipment in every 6 months for preventative maintenance.

Looking for a part for a domestic in-wall oven, apparently they only service Asian branded appliances rather than domestic, the guy on the phone was forthright about it.

Terry the service guy took 3 separate appointments to compete a simple repair on a stove top control. First call instead of replacing parts he sprayed wd40 on it. Then said it was repaired and billed us $347. Minutes after leaving controller stopped working.
Terry is lazy, and gets crazy.

very expensive, found another service provider at less than half the cost and halalujah both the piece of equipment are now operational. GP would have had to come again to continue to work on the same issues for the third time. The tech had a heart of gold and really did his best!
