I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment on Friday of the same week. Jacob came and was very professional and knowledgeable. My electrical issue was fixed the same day as my appointment. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience with Help Hands Electric. The scheduling and work were done well and by a friendly electrician. They took care of our property by being extremely conscientious and wearing booties over their shoes and putting down floor protectors. We will definitely use them again, if ever needed.

The electrician who came to my home was prompt, figured out what was broken immediately, fixed/replaced what was broken, and didn't speak down to us when explaining what was broken. Great experience. Very professional and quick. We needed a bathroom fan replaced and they were able to come in within a few days and get the fan replaced. Definitely recommend!

We bought a house with a fuse box and 100 amp service that needed to be upgraded. We also had outlets replaced and a few other additions to bring the house up to code. Jake, our electrician is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our upgrade came to just under $11k and Jake threw in a few extras free of charge. Jake was also very kind to our cats as he has a few of his own. The whole process took 2 months but that was due to the city scheduling and not Helping Hands. I recommend Helping Hands and Jake specifically to do electrical work.

Friendly and respectful, worked around with what we got as the layout of the panel and mounting the EV chargers.

We just had a florescent ceiling kitchen light replaced by Matt and he did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable and such a friendly guy. Helping Hands made the process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend their service and we'll have them help in future jobs!!!

Technician - Peter was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to set up my lighting switches to be more consistent and useful.

Overall a great experience, the electrician knew his stuff and was able to not only get the agreed upon work done, but also was able to pivot and get more work done than originally quoted as part of the same job. The end result was well done and high quality, awesome experience all around.

Helping Hands is the best. They are responsive to quote requests, don’t go over budget and have excellent communication. Shout out to Pete who has done a few projects for us and is friendly, professional and thorough. He picked up after himself and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with what he was doing. He even installed new faceplates when replacing fan switches so everything would look new.

Ader from Helping Hands Electric replaced my aging lamp post top. It looks great and he made sure that all the wiring was safely connected and that the correct light bulb was used. I am pleased with his work.

Helping Hands is great! They gave me a very useful and reasonably priced range of proposals for repairing and upgrading a large number of dimmer switches to accommodate LED bulbs. They performed the work well, on time, and on a split schedule for our convenience. Excellent service!

Matthew Webb did an amazing job of explaining what needed to be done and walked through the costs and my options. He tailed the package to our current immediate need, which I appreciate! The repairs were done quickly and he showed me the work when completed. We we will definitely be using these guys again, and requesting Matthew specificly!

Matthew arrived promptly and got right down to business (after greeting our cats!). It turned out what we thought was a simple problem turned into a complicated debugging of our poorly installed electrical lines and switches. He was patient and diligent, explaining what he was seeing in the wiring and what he was doing to remediate it. He was confident that he could sort it out and he did.
