I highly recommend this company. The owner answered the first time I called (any idea how rare this is?). He was responsive, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I think it was about 5 days from my initial call to the completion of the project. His team is efficient and professional and he is there to support them along the way. I’m 100% satisfied with the quality of the work as well. I encourage you to consider them for your next project.

Brandon, Josue, and Valentin did such a wonderful job in our home—they went above and beyond to repair cracks and peeling paint in the plaster as well as repaint the rooms. I asked Facility Solutions to fix five holes in our hallway wall that the electricians made while ferreting out our last remaining knob and tube wiring. Within three days, the good folks from Facility Solutions came and began their work. I am so satisfied with the outcome. The holes are fixed. The wall looks better than ever. I am so grateful .

Fabio at Facility Solutions oversaw a large lead abatement project in our home involving new doors, painting, new flooring, window sealing, and bathtub replacement. The team was meticulous, thorough, professional and kept us involved and updated throughout the month long project.
