Got back to me in a very quick turnaround time and I love the fact that he helped me over the phone instead of coming out to my house and basically flipping a switch and charge me for it! you don't get this kind of service much anymore it seems so I will forever give good reviews about this company! thank you

Brian and his crew installed a new heater at our home. Brian is awesome to work, knowledgeable and responsive. His crew was polite and punctual.

Was having problems with our furnace not lighting up, Dale's tried to coach me through some quick fixes over the phone, when those didn't work he for me in for a non emergency appointment in just a few days. When he came out, took 30 minutes for him to figure out that my son has filled the exhuast pipe full of rocks and clear it out, charged me a small fee for his time.
Called four competitors, two never returned my call, two said it would be weeks unless I wanted to pay for emergency services, neither tried to help me out over the phone.
All around, very impressed and very grateful, will certainly callnagain for futurentriuvles.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner at the price they quoted on the day they scheduled in less time than they estimated. All done in less than 3 hours. We got several quotes for the job. Dale's was second from the lowest quote.

My AC unit is not working and I called Dale’s this morning. I was able to schedule a visit after 6PM the same day. Brian kept me updated with a phone call and text as to when he will arrive. Brian explained the possible problems. The AC is up and running in less than hour. Brian was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Dale’s if you have AC issues.

Dale just saved us 100+ dollars. He answered my question. Had my furnace running like new in a matter of minutes. Called a couple places first, wouldn't let me talk to anyone, just wanted to send a tech for 100 bucks, just to diagnose the problem. Only place I will go from now on. Thank you very much Dale. It is greatly appreciated. Will always recommend going to you. Very helpful and a genuine good person. Need more people like you.

Zach got my no-heat service call on Sunday 2/14 -9F degrees, AFTER I called another furnace place that went out for $249 and said it would be $1500 to fix and they didn't have the part. Zach came out from Dale's and had the part from their inventory! My tenants had heat and a brand new draft-inducer motor and fresh air-cleaner too! Zach and Dale's saved the day without a doubt! I saved them in my phone for my future business!! A+ my friends, A+.

Brian and Jim were really great to work with. They installed some ductwork for our new range hood in the kitchen for a fair price. We found out there was an issue during installation where they cut through a wire supplying power to an outlet in the kitchen. When we told them the next morning, they came out a few hours later and repaired it as well as going in the attic to make sure the existing ductwork was all good without any extra charges. Would definitely call them for our next job.

Dale's was recommended on Next Door and I couldn't be happier! I called them for a furnace on the fritz and Brian was able to squeeze me in last minute, was super nice, and explained everything. The price was super reasonable too. Dale's will be my go-to for any furnace issues from here on out.

Great service! A/C broke on Friday memorial weekend and everywhere else I tried calling had long waits and crazy holiday/weekend charges. Left a voicemail and Brian called back shortly after and said he could stop by my house in between his other appointments. He had my A/C fixed within like an hour, charged a fair price, and was very nice! I don’t usually leave reviews but I am just very happy with this :)

I've reviewed Brian's business before, this time it's for a quick, responsive and professional repair for our A/C. When your Veridian Homes sourced Goodman A/C unit fails, and it will fail, call Brian. In less than 24 hours, Brian replaced the motor and compressor unit. I called last night and he was here at noon. I highly recommend Dale's Heating and Cooling - transparent, professional, knowledgeable.

Brian, was great. Evaluated the 20 year old furnace one day, installed a new furnace the next day. Set a time and arrived on time. Laid down protection for the wood floors and carpets. I got my gas line installed for my new gas range and it was all done fast and professional. I like working with the local businesses and got great service. Got my service book within a week and the job done in an hour or so.

Quick, friendly, honest, and thorough help with our furnace! We called after hours, had help within an hour and a temporary fix, and a new furnace installed two days later. Brian helped us get rebates and navigate the warranty, taught us a bit about how our system works, and left our utility room cleaner than it was before! COVID note: All staff who came to our home wore masks.

Brian and Tom installed an Aprilaire whole-house humidifier in December 2023. It immediately made the house more comfortable, with no adjustments by us. Brian also helped with our older AC in the past. It needed a new capacitor which he replaced for $25; AC has been working great since them. Brian is very knowledgable and friendly.
