Great job! Recent wind storm removed a large piece of roof trim off of our house. Josh (the owner)responded immediately to my text message. The installer came to remove dangling piece and measure replacement piece. Within 48 hours came and repaired. Looks Great!

Legacy Exteriors replaced a small 8 foot fascia which had been torn down by a recent wind storm on our two story house. They matched the color and replaced it at a reasonable price. We are happy with their professionalism and promptness.

Professional and prompt service. Quoted the repair work I needed, price was exactly what was quoted. Communicated with me every step of the way. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I will recommend this business to anyone who needs roof repairs. This repair happened in Deforest in September 2019. Before I found them online, I had tried many companies to help fix a small section of my fascia board. I got outrageous quotes, one company came and went up and remove part of the fascia panel, promised to come back but never did; others either didn’t return the call or told me they couldn’t go that high on my roof. But when I got to Legacy Exterior, the lady in the office reached out to me right away; after a couple of email exchanges, she told me they crew will contact me and sure he did. He told me when they will come and sure they came the next day. They met my wife at home, explained what they will do and the time it will take to do it. They followed through and got it done same day. I wished I had known about Legacy Exterior before then but I am saving their contact for future repairs or referrals to friends and family.

When it came time to put a new roof on our house, I was less than excited to go looking for bids. I reached out to some local businesses and had them come in with bids. Some seemed extremely high and were pushing products and services that I didnt need or want. I told a couple of my friends and they suggested Legacy Exteriors out of the East Side of Madison. I gave them a shot, they came in and I told them what I was looking for and they were amazing. They didnt push other products on us and they explained to us what they were going to do and the materials they were going to use. We went with them and they completed our roof in a timely matter and the staff was super friendly. If we ever need something done again in the future (hopefully not) with our house, its going to be a simple phone call. Thanks Legacy!!!!!

Legacy Exteriors put new siding on the Literacy Network builidng on Park Street. The buidling looks great. Legacy staff were great to work with in planning. They completed the job quickly, and the price was fair.

We've used Legacy Exteriors several times over the last 5 years for gutter guards, roof repairs, and most recently for second story window replacements. And we plan to use them again for first floor window replacements. They've always sent professional and pleasant crews, been on time, and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend them.

I would like to start with my house looks absolutely Fantastic , it looks like a brand new home and I am completely blown away on the way it now looks…..my first experience was with Josh when he came to my house worked with me on the quote…very professional !Then the front office gave me addresses of the color choices of the siding I was considering so I could drive bye and see that color on a house….shortly after that Nate my product manager called me and told me he would contact me on the install date…..
The call came and the crew was at my house and they did the absolute most amazing job I could of ever asked for…..They worked so well together and the on site Manager communicated with me every step of the way…. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PEOPLE WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT DELIVERED…..
My house is everything that I could ever want it to look like , I am so happy with my siding color choice…. MY Neighbors are completely JEALOUS and continue to tell me how good it looks….

Everyone I spoke to from the phone receptionist, to Kyle our salesperson, to the installation guys - everyone was polite and professional. We had our house resided and the final bill was exactly what the quote was - no surprises! Kyle even did some checking for us to see if our insurance would cover part of the cost -- thanks for going the extra mile for us, Kyle! The installation crew did a great job with clean up and they got the job done in ONE DAY!!! I would highly recommend Legacy Exteriors and would use them again myself in the future.

This morning I noticed that the gutter runoff had come apart and water was running towards my foundation. I put a large bucket under it and called Legacy to see if they could come out and fix it. They said they would see if someone could come by... I was so excited to see the Legacy truck pull up a few hours later, they came and put a screw in the pipe so it wouldn't come apart again. Thank you Legacy for excellent customer service. Legacy put on a new roof about 5 years ago and they did an excellent job, they are the best.

The roof and siding job look fantastic, Master guard has prevented water in my basement and has kept my gutters clean with no need of maintenance. Customer service was excellent, from scheduling to talking with them at my house, the atmosphere provided was personal and straightforward. Never leaving a question unanswered, would highly recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone looking for exterior home renovations or improvements.

We needed a roof and some gutter work done and heard some great things about Legacy and wanted to give them a try. They went above my expectations with the finished product. The work they did to make sure everything was perfect eclipsed what I would expect from your standard contractor and truly showed their passion to provide the best result. We had Legacy Exteriors replace the defective siding on our front gable ends of the house this winter. Whether it was due to the time of the replacement or improper installation the siding became very wavy when heated by this June's very warm temps.
Legacy sent out two different crews to try to correct the issue. It was the second crew of Jarrett and John (Jon) that did an incredible job of correcting the issue. It has now been two weeks since the repair and everything is as it should be.
As for Legacy Exteriors, this experience showed how willing they are to back their customers.

Amanda is great to work with for a Four Seasons sunroom. She paid attention to details and listened to what I wanted to use my room for. The design process was fun and got me very excited about having a sunroom! Kyle communicated about the process, so I knew what to expect. I’m very happy with Legacy Exteriors.

We hired Legacy Exteriors for new gutters and MasterShield gutter gaurds. With my concern with rain in the forecast before the scheduled install date, (and no gutters on the house), Josh, Nate and the rest of the team arranged the install on a Saturday. Everything was complete before 2 days of rain. Love the look, and the water flows in the right direction. The MasterShield gaurds are performing as promised. They did come back out in a timely manner to change out an elbow that was mis-colored.

Got super quick response and quick service! Small siding repair that was done in about 24 hours from call to completion!

We called Legacy Exteriors because someone referred us to them! We had various bids from the big name companies for siding and Windows, and were frustrated. The prices varied greatly and we could tell each of them were trying to sell us without even teaching us about something that was foreign to our world. Legacy Exteriors came in, talked us through everything, worked with our budget, and I believed they cared about their business, their products, and us! They were amazing! Their crew was very responsive to my odd questions, worked fast, and were really polite. They even quickly saved our butts because we originally tried to cut corners by using someone else for doors. That person was not working out and Legacy picked it up the very next day! I can't tell you how much we appreciate them. Our house is now GORGEOUS and we owe them to let others know! Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We will be calling you next to build our patio!!!!!!

We are extremely happy with our new roof, siding, windows and Master Shield that were installed by Legacy Exteriors! The quality is excellent and the house looks beautiful! They are a top-notch organizations from start to finish. Brock, the sales rep visited our home on a couple of different occasions and was very thorough with us and answered all of my questions before we decided to hire them. Once we did they got us on the schedule as soon as possible and the entire job was done in a very short period of time. The crews were outstanding! The crew was professional in every way - on-time, hard working, and they did high quality work.
