Working with Dean at Big Feller Tree Service LLC was a great experience! He is very knowledgeable and efficient, and did a great job taking a large black walnut tree down in our yard in New London. Dean took care of a dead elm we were concerned might cause damage to a house in the event of a storm. He was timely in both his estimate and the job, arriving the day following my call for the quote and scheduling the job for the following week.
