Dornbrook Construction just completed a larger concrete project. They replaced the garage floor, driveway, patio area and front sidewalk. The process was seamless from obtaining the quote from the owner-Larry to the crew doing the work led by Rudy. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. Communication was very good. The crew did a great job of keeping the worksite clean. They were also very conscientious as the day of the big pour, the sky got dark and a band of rain moved through the area. They had the fresh concrete covered to protect it before the first raindrop fell. Highly recommend Dornbrook Construction!

We recently remodeled our basement. We were looking for something easy to maintain and that would be permanent. Dornbrook’s epoxy resin floor seemed like it might just be the ticket. They came out estimated and the price was in line or less than carpeting or wood Miles the main epoxy person said it would last longer than we will. He made us custom color samples. We chose a metallic with blue marbling. Day one a large crew showed up. They brought big grinders and ground the whole floor down, cut open all the cracks and filled them with some kind of join sealing epoxy. Next they sanded that down and then they put a sealer over the whole floor because we live on water. The sealer would keep the water from potentially permeating through the floor and damaging the epoxy. Day two they sanded the sealer patched a few areas then the cast a black epoxy coat. Third day they sanded the black base coat and then cast the color layer. They spread grey and titanium and then Miles went around with a blue colored epoxy and squirting it in and then sort of painted a picture with a spreader tool. Like an artist he basically made a unique in the whole world pattern from the back corner or my husbands beloved cedar closet to the opposite end and corner of our basement shower. The next day they sanded spots here and there and then put down the finish coat. The whole thing is amazing. Everyone who sees it loves the floor and is compelled as they bend down and touch it to ask how this is possible. With art and antique it is perfect. We put a few rugs on it and it looks fantastic. We even put in a salt water fish tank for our children and the epoxy is perfect because it can get wet and it doesn’t matter. Nothing sticks to it. It’s easy to clean and blocks water and radon from coming through. A great floor from a great company!

They were professional and did a great job on our driveway and later sealing it. Would recommend to anyone.

We had an old paver patio removed and replaced with a poured concrete pad and several sidewalks. The quote process was very easy and our sales person captured exactly what we intended. When we had an additional request, he was responsive.

The project start date we had quoted as reasonable and we were very happy when they called to ask if we could start about 3 weeks early.

The site team did a great job. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were polite and asked a lot of questions to ensure they got the job exactly right. They left the yard in near perfect condition. Very little was disturbed in the process. The site was spotless when they left. No trash or excess dirt left, all old material hauled away, and the site graded well. They even went above and beyond to replant a shrub for me and save some perennials.

The pour and shape was exactly what I wanted. The finish on the concrete is among the best we have seen. The expansion joints and edges all very straight and clean, no rough edges. They matched up to an existing stoops and approaches with great skill.

Great job with extending our driveway, they cleaned up after themselves, we’re pleasant to interact with and did a great job! Our cat walked through the cement and they came right back and brushed it out for us! Highly recommend!

Larry and his crew installed a new patio, and walkway for us. They were quick and timely, professional through and through and every one of the crew was friendly and hard working. Larry made recommendations and gave us ideas for things we wouldn’t of thought of and took our vision and wishes and turned it into something wonderful. Price, time and effort all top notch, highly recommended!

Dornbrook was very meticulous about our job. They stayed with the job once it was started, so it got done quick. Our stamped and colored concrete patio and driveway borders look great. We now have the best looking house on the street. :-)

While I would have rather spent the money on a vacation to Italy ;) - our driveway looks amazing! Larry + crew were very professional, working on the weekend to beat the rain and finish the project extremely timely! I recently had some work done by Larry and his crew. We did our driveway and had a patio removed, and poured in our back yard. The work completed was very reasonably priced, Larry will not gouge you. He is passionate about his work, and his crew is extremely friendly. I was worried my lawn would be pretty tore up, but Larry made sure that was not the case. I had zero dead grass after the job was completed, in 2.5 days of his team working. A few members of his crew even came in on the weekend to ensure the job would get done as promised. I would highly recommend Larry for any mid sized concrete projects. I have had multiple neighbors compliment the work he did. These guys don't mess around, and the quality and appearance is amazing. Will be using Larry for all my concrete projects in the future!

It was been a year that Larry and crew put in our driveway. So this review is a little late . THANK YOU for the great driveway and patio. It was "so nice "shoveling snow with out the giant dip/hole in the driveway. Not having the patio flood and having to use a sump pump when the snow melted or we have a lot of rain.
Larry and his crew were so nice and polite. Great and hard workers!!
Appreciate that Country talk us out of putting the step back by the side door. It is great NOT having a step !!

Larry Brinkman and his crew did an excellent job at my home. After 15 years the concrete on my driveway and patio had sunk 3 inches.
Dornbrook tore out the sections that needed to be replaced, compacted the base and poured a flawless new surface. With embedded rods I am assured the new concrete will stay in place, forever.
The crew took care not to damage the remaining portion of my driveway and my landscaping. They even made some design modifications along the way that enlarged the patio and made it look great. I offer my highest recommendation for Larry, "Country" and the rest of the team at Dornbrook Construction.

Dornbrook took care of our new concrete driveway. Larry was thorough and communicated well during the entire process. On the day of old driveway tear-out Larry went over the plans with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I told him my favorite flowers would be ripped out when the demo began, when I got home he had dug the flowers up and saved them for me! A very sincere touch! They completed our driveway in one day due to being ahead of schedule. The crew cleaned up everything and left no mess! I would highly recommend Dornbrook Construction!

This review is for a 3200 square foot driveway. Crews were very professional, courteous and friendly. They did a great job with no damage to adjacent landscaping. They arrived earlier than promised and worked long each day. Final job is beautiful. I would recommend Dornbrook to anyone needing cement work.
