We've used Cliff Bergin a few times now for servicing our iron curtain system, replacing a hot water heater and installing a reverse osmosis system. They're always on time, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We will definitely continue using them in the future.

Contracted with Cliff Bergin to replace the existing water heater/softener. They were easy to work with and was wholly satisfied with the results.

The icing on the cake was the after installation care. The previous pipe/valve configuration mixed hard and soft water such that no benefits were being recognized. They stopped by multiple times to correct the issue and continually test the water for hardness.

Lastly, they also walked me through the "unique" nature of the pipe configuration to insure the outside hose bibs could be turned off during the winter months and still enjoy soft water.

I've used Cliff Bergin P&H since they installed my furnace some years ago. They are always able to help me quickly if any problems come up. My furnace went out over the weekend. I left a message requesting service early Monday at 7, and by mid-morning the problem was found, new parts installed, humidifier pad replaced, and the house is warm again. Thank you Chris!

I have been a customer of Cliff Bergin for over 50 years, and will never go anywhere else. Every time something goes wrong, they are there for me right away. Not only are they professional, but personal & honest too. I trust them.
Monday I was without power for 11 hours and then had no water. Within 3 hours someone was here to help. They don't try and sell you something you don't need yet. I appreciate them putting me first before making a sale.
A big shout out to Adam & Randy for coming to my aid this week and their helpful advice. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a service company that makes you feel safe & cared about.

I hired Cliff Bergin to replace my galvanized steel water pipes with new copper pipes, and to install a new water heater. Chuck and Mario were the plumbers on day one and did a great job. I had some remaining flow issues so Chuck came back the next day to work on these. He was fabulous. He took time to logically and thoroughly diagnose the issues, and replaced what was needed to fix the problem. I have been an existing customer of another plumbing company for quite a few years but Cliff Bergin is now my official plumber and I highly recommend them and Chuck's plumbing skills. Thank-you so much!

Update 05/14/2025: I had Adam from Cliff Bergin come out to my house today to help me with some plumbing issues. Adam has been to my house several times over the last few years as plumbing items in my house are wearing out. I have to say that Adam is a superb plumber. He tackles every problem and figures out how to fix them, and he is who I always request when I call Cliff Bergin.

Just had Dave the plumber from Cliff Bergen and Mark the HVAC technician from Cliff Bergen over to our home to fix a couple of things that happened during winter. Both technicians showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. They got the leak fixed and the furnace repaired. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate the quick service that Cliff Bergen offered to us. Thank you.

Had our leaking water heater replaced by Cliff Bergin last week and the job they did was impressive. Being a oil fired heater, the unit needed to be ordered. They stayed in touch with progress and delivery information. The install was smooth and professional. Definitely recommend Bergin for all your plumbing needs.

Contacted Cliff Bergin for maintenance on Carrier Heating and A/C systems. These are new systems which were purchased and installed a couple of years ago through Bergin after 30 plus years of our previous Carrier systems - also maintained by Bergin. I call Bergin anytime I need one of the services they offer. They are courteous and professional. I know the work will be done correctly and rates are competitive. Furnace inspection and tuneup with a filter replacement. Very competent technician who did a timely service at reasonable cost.

We had a local contractor install our furnace and the fan unfortunately quit during a super hot streak of weather, leaving us without a way to get our air conditioning through our home. To our shock and surprise he actually refused to fix it as he no longer worked with that brand. While searching the manufacturers site I found Cliff Bergin & Associates. I called to see if they would work on our furnace, still under warranty, and they absolutely said they could. Every person I chatted with on the phone was beyond helpful and supportive. They were patient and kind, as it had become a rather stressful event. We had to wait for the part to arrive but as soon as it did they were able to get someone to quickly fix our furnace and get us back to functioning. Paul and Jim were absolutely stellar and I so appreciate their care, understanding & kindness. Max did an efficient install and answered any questions I had. I’ve used Cliff Bergen 2x in the past 9 months (once for an ac replacement and once for a plumbing issue). Both times the teams have been so professional, so quick and have quoted me fairly. Most recently, Randy came out to help with a plumbing issue. He was so kind and efficient, and made sure to walk me through the costs and options before starting anything. He was in and out in an hour and a half, having fixed the problem! 10/10 would recommend Randy.
