Amanda P did an excellent job. The furnace fan has been noisy since the day we moved in. And for years we've had the annual check-up and no one was able to stop the noise at least until Amanda came in. She figured out what the problem was and quickly fixed in. Coming this spring when we have our ac unit checked , we will be requesting to have Amanda P assigned.

Juan C. and his coworker installed my new air conditioner today. They did a great job, were very knowledgeable and very respectful to me and my property. It was a pleasure having them at the house today. Good job and very satisfied.

I was able to get an emergency appointment which the representative fit me in at this busy time of the season. Shane P arrived within the window and explained everything he was doing and thoroughly explained his findings. I received invoice and diagnosis right away via email messaging. I also had a visit from Bryan who took his time evaluating my furnace and water heater. He sat down and explained options in replacing both systems. He also was honest in offering me options. No pressure selling and having me sign a contract. His side conversations also took a stressful situation and made it more calming. Thank you to all !.

Makinze C was extremely professional and very courteous. He explained what he was doing in a simple yet non insulting way. I am definitely going to have Thielmann Heating back out for future maintenance.

Thielmann did it again.
Since the brunt of winter and its annoying dryness/static is coming soon, I asked for an estimate on a humidifier system for my furnace. Bryan was scheduled to visit within days, and then Hayden and his co-worker did the install on Christmas Eve morning. Once again, Thielmann did not disappoint - the unit was added quickly and neatly; Hayden took time to answer my questions and the job was done within hours. Needless to say, I can recommend Thielmann without hesitation. Great work, guys!

Josh was very diligent in helping solve some issues with setting up a schedule with my programmable furnace thermostat. He was able to come up with a workaround to get me going and promised to research another issue and get back to me. He called me back in less than an hour and came back with a replacement thermostat which solved another issue (the time was being displayed in the wrong military time format).

Gabriel Stolicker was very pleasant and explained everything he worked on in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was quick and I really appreciated his services! Will be using this company in the future.

Ron was outstanding..he shared his thoughts on my issues and offered logical choices for solutions. He found underlying conditions that were also adding to my problems. He showed me and explained to me these issues. Ask for him..great service

Carlos was an excellent technician and very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand what he was telling me. Carlos answered my questions and was able to get someone out to my home same day for a quote on a new furnace and a/c unit. Cost for coming out I think was a rip off since nothing was repaired and found out the noise was from a vent rattling not actually the furnace and I paid $160 and some change to find that out. Carlos did text the ignitor sensor and it is going bad and needs to be replaced, but it wasn’t fixed, so again $160.00 was a lot of money for not repairing anything and here less than an hour. Carlos I give. 5 but company a 3 for gouging price.

We recently moved in to our place and never had a water softener. Sure we could have asked ChatGPT, or YouTubed a video of how the softener worked, but we wanted the process explained to us in person. Andy was awesome walking us through the ins and outs of how the softener works, how to maintain it, how to set it, etc. glad we called Thielmann, and glad we met Andy.

Makinze “Mac” performed annual maintenance service on my furnace and cleaned filters in my sunroom minisplit, too. He was on time, friendly, and took time to answer questions I had about my units. Great service!

Always great service from Thielmann Heating and Cooling (formally Roth Heating and Cooling). Long time customers and have never been disappointed!! Adriel performance on our furnace was nothing but great! Also is fantastic to be on their maintenance plan. They called and scheduled our furnace tuneup in time for the cold weather! Looking forward to the call in late May for the central air tuneup!! ☀️☀️

Ron took care of my heating problem today. He called before he came. Once he got here he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Thank you Ron for your great service. Great company and great people.

My furnace failed and it’s the middle of winter in Wisconsin. I called multiple companies and the soonest any of them would help me was a week later- plenty of time for my pipes to freeze. Then I found Capital Heating, not only did they expedite the entire process to get me booked the next day but Justin went out of his way to come to my office to show me a work estimate and explain everything because there was no way i could leave work. This is very unusual nowadays for a business to have an amazing combination of quality service as well as excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!

James P. and crew did fast and clean install of new A/C unit today . Pleased with work and his communication. Working well so far ! Brian the sales person was very helpful in the process of deciding which unit would serve us best ! He was awesome too !!!!!

Thielmann has been awesome with both the original installation and subsequent service calls for my Bryant Furnace/AC system. The service technician on this occasion, Shane, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem in short order and called me first thing the next morning to update me on the parts availability and the timeline for the repair. The actual repair was perfect and my system is back up and purring like a kitten. Thanks to Thielmann and Shane for a great experience.

We had some ductwork runs as installed in our soon to be finished basement. Brandon did a great job, explained everything he did, and cleaned up nicely when he finished. Answered any questions we had, and was very courteous. Highly recommend.

Jacob A. was very courteous and helpful when performing a furnace inspection/tune up. He offered helpful advice regarding scheduling service. I am on the maintenance plan offered by Theilmann & Son Heating and Cooling which is a great deal. They will be coming back in spring to inspect/tune up my AC

My installation crew (Branden B) was above and beyond what I was expecting. They protected all of my flooring, were very cautious with my walls (especially around some very tight corners) moving equipment in and out of the house, they left everything clean and tidy, they even shook out a very large area rug I had in the area -twice! They were very courteous and informative. I will be contacting them again in spring when I replace my air conditioning system. I would highly recommend Thielmann Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for any HVAC service you may need.
