Attentive. Quick and best quality service I’ve had. All my furnaces and pump went out from a lightening strike. Got us all repaired with heat and water pronto. You get what you pay for…and in this case I got luxury service for a steal. Bravo to Sprung and their team.

Phenomenal company and exceptional people. I needed to replace my furnace over winter and I felt I was truly taken care of throughout the entire process. Each individual I worked with was professional - answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Installation was clean, unobtrusive, and quick. The installing team stayed to answer my questions, explain what they did, and give me visibility on what to expect in coming years.

I will absolutely work with this company again and they will be my first choice for any services they offer.

Service was better than requested. Service tech called to get warranty part was a huge help. The service was very quick and professional. The techs were very polite, and kept me in the loop for what was going on. A-plus service, more than happy to recommend to others!!!

Chris and Dylan did a great job. They took the time upfront to explain the project and then went about it. After they were done they showed how it worked and cleaned everything up. Very professional! We are very happy with the new products.

I knew Tim previously and was always very pleased with his work. I located him and when I had a plumbing issue last week I contacted him at Sprung. I was able to schedule an appointment . As always the work was completed efficiently and effectively. I will continue to use Sprung for my plumbing needs as well as scheduling Sprung for my Heating and Cooling check ups in the future.

Great company to work with! I needed a new water heater and after my phone call to Sprung Heating, it was installed 26 hours later! Kayla, who answered the phone made the whole process so easy. Chris and Dylan were here when they said they would be and installed the heater very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company!

I called Sprung because they were local and they had good reviews. They did not disappoint! They did excellent quality work for me and were a pleasure to have in my home. When finished they cleaned everything up and didn't leave a mess. Their office is organized and efficient and I love the convenience of accepting the estimate online and paying online. Best of all the suggestions they made for a heating mystery in my basement rec room worked. No other heating contractor had these ideas. I highly recommend Sprung and will be calling them again.

We are previous customers of Sprung Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. When the storm on August 9, 2025 left our basement with 2'+ water and destroyed our furnace we called Sprung immediately. They were able to get a technician to us the same day to evaluate the issue. Within 2 days they had a very knowledgeable and friendly team of 2 technicians here to install our new unit.

I was very impressed with all aspects of Sprung HVAC and Pump. I received a quick, clear, fair price for a new furnace and water heater. They installed both of them in little over half a day. The work area was left clean and all old equipment and boxes were hauled away. The HVAC system totally “cranks” now. My water is now hot! I recommend Sprung to everyone I know. They are a class act.

We were out of town when our AC failed. We called Sprung, they came out the same day and fixed the issue and billed us later. We had a dog sitter staying at our house and she was so grateful for the same day service turned around and the AC up and running so quickly. Amazing service! They came right away, immediately identified the problem, and had my AC functioning again in no time flat. On top of that, the technician was smart, kind, and very informative.

Great service, Tim came out on a wicked hot and humid Friday to fix my AC unit. I have a 5 ton AC, which is about 10 years old and Tim was able to figure out that it was an electrical component within the unit that had failed. He coordinated with my electrician to get everything done. He had the parts on hand and was able to get me up and running within just a few hours. Excellent teamwork!

The service we received was quick and professional two new heaters and a couple of rooftop repairs. Will be using again.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. Bob owned the company back then, and they did wonderful work with the original build of my home. He passed the business down to his son a while ago, and there was no drop off in quality of work. They have been there for me in a few minor emergency situations. Work is always top-notch, and their their technicians are very knowledgeable! Great place to do business with! Keep it in my hometown. 😁
