David quickly solved a problem I had with a fixture I bought overseas and successfully installed it. He was clearly very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Parks Electric for any home project.

Highly recommend. Friendly, courteous and responsive. Service for malfunctioning bathroom fan was scheduled quickly. When all of the work couldn’t be finished that day, they returned in a timely manner and did a great job.

These guys are great. They have worked at our own home as well as a rental property we have. They installed outside electric underground for a hot tub and did a great job. At our rental we gave them a punch list of items to fix and they did all of them under their original quote. Very affordable, personal and professional. Highly recommended.

We had Parks Electrical install wired Ethernet in our house. We were put on the schedule within 2 days of getting our initial estimate. Their crew showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Parks Electrical Service for a huge list of things, including: to install a ceiling fan in our bedroom, vent and install a bathroom fan in our master bath, put our basement lights on a switch, hook up a dishwasher, and vent our dryer to go outdoors.

We have a 115+ year old house that has fragile plaster ceilings, old and tangled wiring from decades of remodels, and our attic/basement are difficult to access. Even with these challenges, Parks Electrical did a great job! Their electricians were very professional and didn't leave even the smallest chip in our delicate plasterwork.

I described the projects to Dave when I called, and he made sure they had everything needed for the job including a few specialized pieces of duct work. That meant that they finished the job quickly and in only one trip. I could not be more pleased with our updates by Parks Electrical Service!

I called Parks Electrical to upgrade/replace the outlet powering our stove and they were able to come the very next day. I was very happy with the quick turnaround, effective and efficient repair work and good follow-up. We will certainly call them again for upcoming projects.

I have used the services of Parks Electrical , several times over the last 3 years. Both at my home and my office. They do a great job on electrical projects but, also install audio visual equipment and home theaters. Friendly , prompt ,professional service at a competitive prices. I recommend them highly. David was quite helpful on the phone explaining what my project might need. I sent him photos to help him assess what it might involve and I had a sense of the low and high end of potential cost. Brian and Logan did the work beautifully, left everything clean, and were pleasant to be around. I would definitely hire this company for future electrical work.

Needed NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage for an EV. Went through Parks Electrical Service and could not be happier. They performed a free in-home estimate, had prompt service, and got the outlet done quickly and were extremely clean in the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone else going forward.

Parks Electric updated our wired smoke detectors and added ones to each bedroom, moved our kitchen dinette light and installed the new one, added a Ring camera to our outside. They were prompt, explained how to use everything, set up the Ring app, and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend their service.

I have hired Parks Electrical Service several times in the past 15 years. Most recently was to bring the wiring of an AC into code compliance at my mom's as well has re-position the boxes for our outside coach lights.

In both instances, they arrived on time, were professional, did a neat job, cleaned up afterwards and the price was fair.

I used Park electric for my house remodel, Dave, Brian and Logan were great. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. I would recommend Parks to anyone looking for an electrical contractor.

I purchased a house and found I needed a cell repeater installed. I bought one online myself but then questioned how to properly install the antennas. Parks Electrical was one of the few folks in the area listed on the manufacturer (Wilson Electronics) website as an installer so I called him to do the install. I'm very happy I did. Dave came up with a great place to mount it (installation on these things is pretty important so they work properly) and was able to install multiple antennas to ensure my house had good coverage on both floors. He had the splitters, taps, and additional antennas needed to do the job and has a lot of experience in this unique field. He also did some other work for me and helped me bring a couple other things up to code. He and his helper even cleaned up after themselves when drilling was required etc. Very happy with Parks Electric and will use them again in the future!

David Parks and his team installed a manual transfer switch hookup for our house. They were friendly, helpful, and reliable throughout the process. David always did what he said he would. There was a miscommunication about one of the circuits that I noticed after the final bill was paid. David worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final result. He was even willing to come back and modify something because I changed my mind at no additional charge. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend Parks Electrical to others.

Had great service recently from Parks Electrical Service. They installed several new lighting fixtures for us in our Stonefield home and are extremely professional, talented and efficient. Love the fact that they are Middleton based and care about our community. When I was looking for electricians, I braced myself for unreturned phone calls or a wait time of several months. Not the case with Park. They worked me in to their schedule, came on time, were extremely on task and easy to work with. And, oh, my lights look FABULOUS!

UPDATE 9/2021: I think Parks has gone out of business. They don't return voicemails, answer the phone or submissions on their website. It's too bad - they were great to work with in the past. Just a heads up for others.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: Steve and his team were excellent to work with installing a vehicle charging station in our garage. Steve provided a reasonable estimate and was patient and thoughtful answering our questions. His installers worked diligently and efficiently. Their work looks great, functions and they even insisted on sweeping up anywhere they had drilled even after we said that wasn't necessary. Their team also honored their original estimate to the dollar even though we slightly tweaked the wiring plan during install. Five stars!

We finally decided to upgrade to a large wall-mounted TV and sound bar. David was very helpful with suggestions for brand, size, and location, so I didn't have to spend hours researching all of the options. Installation was done promptly and efficiently. Ian was very patient setting up my phone with the Sonos app and helping me learn how to use the new system. During the project we had them replace a faulty light socket in the basement and set us up with an HDTV antenna for the old TV that we were moving to the guest bedroom. I was completely satisfied every step of the way, from planning through installation to follow-up afterwards.
