Tom Carey and his Malibu Pools team knew how they were going to make my backyard perfect before they even broke ground. Tom is a great guy to work with and I couldn't be happier about my backyard. I cant think of a better company! Well done Malibu Pools.

The sale of the pool was only the beginning Tom is outstanding on customer service he’s always there to answer questions about chemicals,heater any issues I know he’s a busy guy especially in summer but he always takes time to answer a txt u can’t find this customer service anywhere I would highly recommend him

Tom at Malibu Pools provided one of the most worry free jobs I have gone through with a construction project. We told him our general idea for an in ground pool and he designed it and came up with a lot of ideas on how to make it look perfect. The build went very quickly. It is easy to tell that he is a professional and knows what he's doing. His workers are also very respectful and professional. One other plus is the fact that he is a one stop shop to get the job done. Excavation, build, gas, electric and landscaping. Other companies we met with asked that we contact those other professionals to work on the job. If you are looking to put in a pool there is no other choice than Malibu Pools.

Tom of Malibu Pools did a great job on constructing our in-ground vinyl pool last year. Made good recommendations as to where to place the pool. His crew is fantastic, no complaints. Got all the permits, was responsive, even hired an extra service person to hook up the heater more quickly in time for Labor Day. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to build an in-ground pool with a vinyl liner, there are a couple good choices in the Dane County area.

We chose Malibu pools primarily because the owner (Tom Carey) is onsite during the construction process and extensively involved. We also received multiple extremely positive references about Malibu pools from past customers.

Almost two years later we love our pool! The water is crystal clear, and we have had no issues! Tom takes care of us from a customer service standpoint as well, and even came out one Labor Day to ensure we had the chemicals we needed for an upcoming party.

If you are in the market for an in-ground pool I highly recommend Malibu pools out of Middleton, WI.

UPDATE: So everything is all wonderful when it’s brand new right!? Well our pool is 7 years old now and we are still absolutely thrilled with it! Malibu’s construction has proven the test of time and we love it! And the customer service we have received over the years has consistently been excellent. Same day responses from the owner himself, and in many cases same day service. And technicians who really know the products/industry. Highly recommend Malibu Pools!

It’s a Saturday afternoon and it’s 89° outside. Our automatic pool cover and pool lights stopped working and we couldn’t use the pool. We called Tom for advice. After a few phone calls back-and-forth and 3 do-it-yourself GFCI replacements,Tom said, “I’ll be there in 30 minutes”. After about an hour he got it all working again - for the cost of a cold beer. Our sheepdog is happy again. No matter day of week or time of day, Tom always answers and is always helpful and professional. Highly recommend for all your pool needs.

They don't return their calls. Will not use them again.

The previous owner of my home recommended them to me, so I tried using them but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone or return messages. I guess they don’t need any new business, but it’s really rude and unprofessional to just ignore someone. I recommend calling a few places and using one who at least has the courtesy to return a call.
