I contacted Firefly Plumbing a year ago to do all the plumbing for a new house build. My phone calls and emails were answered right away. He always explained things to me and when he gave me a timeline for things to be completed it was done on the time given or even before. He would answer even if I texted him on the weekends. After everything was completed he took time to reach out to make sure we were happy with everything. Very professional and would recommend him to do any of your plumbing needs.

Shawn came out, assessed the problem and made a quick estimate. He was honest in explaining that it could be 2 or 3 weeks before he could get to the project but would get to it as soon as possible. His communication was always very prompt and when he said that her would be here, he was.
He was able to complete the project faster than he originally thought, which was great for us. Shawn also stuck to his original rough estimate.

Shawn is a lifesaver! Our plumbing pipe/vent was in need of repair so I contacted Firefly based on others' recommendations. He was responsive, flexible with our schedule, and determined to find the best solution for our repair. He found a non invasive way to repair/reattach/glue the pvc pipe back together where it was lacking adhesive in the first place. Our attic space has very limited access and he was able to create an inconspicuous access from the interior. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be sure to call Shawn!! Thank you so much.

This is a great company to work with.. first and foremost they will return a phone call unlike some other plumbing and heating businesses in this area. They show up when they say they're going to show up their pricing is up front and the service is just excellent!

Found Shawn through a Google search when we discovered our pressure tank was leaking. He called me back immediately and came to our house within a couple hours to plug the leak overnight. Got the new tank installed the next morning. It was all finished less than 18 hours from the time we found the leak.

The whole experience was so quick and completed so well. My husband says this was incredibly painless. I'm so glad we found Shawn!

Shawn took time without an appointment to come by and get my boiler running smoothly again. He went out of his way to give me multiple options on how he could fix the issue and was completely straight about the cost. He worked very efficiently and made sure the job was done correctly before leaving. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you need plumbing or heating help!

rude and unperfessional when called

I waited quiet a while to post, worker refused to deal with me directly as he would only communicate and work with my husband as I had a few concerns and questions that are still unanswered as it wasn't worth being talked down to as that was our few interactions together, the work that was performed was meh at best unfortunately as he came highly recommended by word of mouth and reviews posted and the price did not reflect what was performed! I wish this business the best but as a woman who would be looking for services I would look elsewhere, just a word to the wise!
