Purchase washer, great service from order to delivery.

Jason is the best! I had them come take a look at my fridge. He said the control board and thermostat needed to be replaced. Originally he said he could come back Friday or Monday but he showed back up a few hours later with the parts in hand. He said he knows it sucks not having a fridge so he went to the store and found the parts. He was so respectful and informative. I will definitely call them again if I ever need appliance repair.

Some of the best recommendations come by word of mouth and some are so good you don't want to share because they are so good you wanna keep to yourself. Imma clue you in on a secret.. These guys are top notch. Both my washer and dryer have given up the ghost apparently but I would not have known it without the service provided to me by these guys. Any other service would have "fixed" it at a cost and I would still required new machines to maintain but after giving everything a proper assessment Jason (our in person repair person) took a look at everything, priced out parts... and in the in gave me the cold hard truth. Don't do it. literal 10 out of 10 will recommend. Hoping I don't need them anytime soon but I feel so much better I have a reliable, safe, competent team at the ready when the time comes. Thanks for all you do guys!

This company is the worse to work with. All I needed from them was to send over my workorder for my oven their tech looked at and to send it to my insurance company. You can't get ahold of anyone. One number the voicemail was full and the 2nd number you have to leave a message. Several days later still no callback and I have an oven that I can't use. Terrible customer service!!

Well what can I say. Ansley appliance is a strange company. I called them to get my dishwasher looked at. They told me that the problem was the control board. Fair enough. Put in the order for a new control board. But they will then proceed to never call you back. I called them at least once a week or often several times a week, but they never call back. Only on a rare occasion do they answer. Usually I have to call all three numbers that they list on their website to elicit a response. I'm always fair to them -- treat them with respect. But I wish I can say the same for them. They say that they cannot source the part. So I figured out how to source the part, and offered to buy the part if they would install it; again no answer. -- Yes it is that crazy. I would totally understand if they would say no we don't want to work with you or no we don't want to take your money, but don't ghost people like they are your ex-girlfriend.
