The contractor that other contractors call. Brought his crew together to do my roof and siding after last years winter storm. He was out there everyday making sure the crew was taken care of, and keeping accountability for the build getting done right.

I’ve had several projects performed by Sam the past couple of years. His work is always exceptional. He is also quick to get you in even on short notice. I’d have no hesitation in hiring DeSantaAna Contractors for future projects.

Excellent landscaping work with attention to details and suggestions to look better. I gave him a bonus after they had a clean finish beyond my expectations.

Sam responded with great urgency when a large maple fell onto our home. He was able to quickly establish a game plan for mitigating any additional damage that our roof/home might incur.

Sam patched our wall up perfectly and it looks like it there was never even a huge hole in the first place. He was also very understanding when my cat scratched up a part of the mudding after it dried lol. Thank you Sam!

Sam and his team did an incredible job on an extensive remodel project. They framed and finished the attic space, handling all of the plans, permits and inspections seamlessly. Their attention to detail and craftmanship was outstanding, resulting in a beautiful new space. The kitchen and bathroom remodels turned out really nice, too. Great communication and professionalism throughout the entire process —highly recommend!

They did a great job on are the roof at Grand Haven apt. It's was no easy task alot of other companies wouldn't even take it on. deSantAna did and succeeded iwould highly recommended use them

Sam n his crew from DeSant Ana Construction did an excellent job. I had part of a ceiling caved in. They came back 3x to add more sand, and mixture to the ceiling and sand it till smooth. All I have to do is paint the area. Friendly, professional, fast and informative. I would definitely call them back if I need more projects done. Thank you Sam

My husband and I were searching for a contractor during the inspection phase of home buying and Sam came to the rescue! He was kind, accommodating, and honest. We appreciated his willingness to assess the home on short notice and to write up multiple quotes. He was very patient with us as new home owners and we look forward to working with him for our future projects!

Sam is quick polite and reads details very well. He is extremely professional yet still very personable. His job is done quickly and quietly to the best of his ability he was doing our floors. He'll be coming back to do our roof. And he did our fence. I wish I had more jobs for him because his energy is very infectious. His job is top notch.

My daughter had attempted to make arrangements with several different contractors to replace the outdated bifold doors and replace them with sliding barn style doors in my finished basement. After numerous no shows, she was happy to discover DeSantAna Contractors. Sam kept in communication and showed up at the appointed time with all the hardware to install the two doors we had on hand. Sam did an excellent job and was meticulous in installing the doors, making a beautiful improvement to the area.

We had recently moved into an older home, and needed to redo some attic insulation and install a bathroom fan. We contacted Sam for a quote, and he was immediately very helpful and approachable. Rather than trying to sell his services, it felt like he was working with us to improve our home. His quote was fair and very clear which we appreciated. The work took longer than we had expected, but mainly because of the age of the home and that he was focused on doing a quality job. Despite the increased man hours, he never changed our original quote. We will absolutely be contacting him again for our next house projects.
