Sergio and Brandon delivered outstanding carpet cleaning service. They were both professional and thorough, leaving my carpets looking brand new. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they were careful to address all of my concerns. I was highly satisfied with their work ethic and the fantastic results. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Antonio did an incredible job. He didn’t mind my two small dogs being an annoyance and he explained the process step-by-step before he started. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and was very professional and polite. It was worth taking a day off work to stay home and have my carpet cleaned. Luke is best. - Went way beyond! Even Cleaned up hot cocoa I spilled in unscheduled room while he was here!!! Yikes! This was on a light beige carpet that has never looked clean for 4 years! Nothing worked. Not till this company! Carpet now truly like brand new Luke would not give up on even a small stubborn spot. Saved me the expense of replacing our carpet throughout entire house. Thank you so very much!

Last time: Tuesday, November 10th, 2020: Today Torrance & Darwon cleaned my carpeted steps & apartment sooo beautiful, I have to thank them for their knowledge & expertise!! Google won't let me write another review, so I put this one on with the prior review, back a year ago, in 2019. They are both polite and down to business! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I thank you so much!! 2019: I am so pleased with this company's service, my cleaning guy was fantastic, knew what he was doing, and so polite! If I had a company, I'd steal him for my company!! Amazing, just amazing. I chose this company to clean my Mom's carpet in her independent senior apartment with a 5 X 7 area rug based on the Google reviews that I read. I thought to myself how does any company get a collective rating of 5 stars with hundreds of reviews. I started by reading a few of the Google reviews and then clicked on their website. Their website allows you to get an immediate cost estimate and I was able to choose the day for the service and a 3 hour window when they would arrive. I chose a Tuesday between 9am and noon. The next business day I was contacted by a really pleasant person from SteamDry. She asked me questions about the service details of Mom's apartment and about the carpeting. After answering a few questions she came back with a lower cost than the estimate on their Website. Who doesn't like to save a few dollars? I was given confirmation that a 2 person crew was going to arrive between 9am and noon on Tuesday morning. Guess what. The crew called me about 8:25am on Tuesday morning and told me that they were in-route and that they will be at Mom's apartment at 9am. Then, they called me again at 8:50am saying that they arrived at the main entrance to the building and that they would be up shortly. Tony and Nick from SteamDry were knocking on Mom's apartment door at 9am, sharp. Seriously, at 9am, sharp. They looked over Mom's carpet and the location of Mom's apartment to their van. They determined that they could use the equipment in their van and would not need to use a portable carpet cleaning machine. Now, this is what blew me away. Mom lives on the 4th floor of a senior apartment building. That is a long way up there from the ground. But, SteamDry had hoses that reached from their company van in the parking lot up four stories into Mom's entire apartment. Those hoses delivered the hot cleaning water / solution and another parallel hose that extracted the dirty water back into their van down four stories to the ground. They sprayed the areas of Mom's carpet with what I think I remember them saying was electrostatic water which is their pre-cleaning solution. They arrived knocking on the door at 9:00am and at 9:50am they were completely finished and were back in their van. The carpet looked amazing. Both Tony and Nick were pleasant, personable, professional and respectful. This company is the real thing. You just read another 5 star review. Angel and Alex were quick, respectful, and wonderful to work with. Our house looks fantastic and smells great after the recent issues with sewer back ups here in Milwaukee.

WOW! We had a sprinkler pipe burst on the second floor of an apartment building. Water EVERYWHERE. I called for an emergency extraction, and about an hour later they had 10 guys in the building extracting water from the hallways, and some apartments! Thank you all so much, the damage could have been 10 times worse if all of you you guys hadn't responded so quickly.

Absolutely satisfied with the results, wish I would have took some before pictures. But they did an amazing job. Prices was reasonable to.

We were hit with the crazy rain storm couple days ago as well as the rest of Milwaukee county. I saw the steam dry truck out front at a neighbors home and they recommended them.

I called the office for a service and they got us in the same day. I can’t say this enough but they were life savers. Pumped out almost 200 gallons of water out of our basement.

Patrick D. Was our technician and he was nothing short than AWESOME!!! He walked us through the process, with the outmost professionalism. He answered all our questions as this was our first flooding ever as being homeowners for nine years. He was very respectful, caring, and outright a very knowledgeable guy. If I could give him 100 stars I would!

Darwon and his team were outstanding. They worked so fast to extract all the water and pull out Carpet after our recent flood. Beyond caring and professional. They saved us in a time when we felt helpless. Best service and beyond pleased.
