After days of a cold house and waiting for my boiler to be repaired, on the day of repair, I was told they would call me to schedule a time for cleaning the boiler after the initial repair. No one called me or returned my numerous calls and voicemails; they waited until my husband called and then told him they no longer service boilers. Very unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing.
