Lowe's did an amazing job cleaning out our homes air ducts. The ducts had never been cleaned and the house had been recently renovated. He showed us before and after pictures and I was blown away. Cannot recommend them enough.

Ivan did a good job. Was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Showed before and after pictures as well!

Alex provided excellent customer service. He was very professional and courteous. Alex looked at the duct system and showed me pictures before starting the cleaning. The ducts did not need cleaning as they were quite clean. (We just did some remodeling work so I wanted to have the ducts cleaned.) He also showed me in the process that I was using the incorrect size furnace filter so that was very helpful also. I was only charged the $70 deposit which was worth it. Thank you Lowe’s!

Setting up the appointment to get our ducts cleaned was simple and painless, which is hard to get these days. Communication was great all around, the prices were reasonable, and the quality of the work was impressive. Jose really went the extra mile for us.

Very impressed with the work they did. Jose came right time, and spent over 5 hours cleaning our air ducts and dryer duct. He took before and after pictures of each part of the duct system. Huge difference! The house was built in 1959 and I'm guessing the ducts may have never been cleaned before, or at least not for a long time. Very glad we called them!

This was great! Just had my airduct service done by them! The guy who did it was named Julio! He was great! Awesome and very informative on everything! Those who are hesitant about customer service, I highly recommend you ask for Julio! He was great and did and amazing job.

Hugo arrived early to clean my dryer vent. He was friendly and incredibly professional. I had used other services to clean my dryer vents and they were not successful. Hugo at Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning got ALL of the lint out and did a wonderful job of clean up when it was over. Even though I had to replace the dryer hose for only a nominal fee; The price was great; no hidden fees and everything works just great now!! Thank you Lowe’s Air Duct.

Excellent service. I hired Lowes after another company that only "cleaned the ducts." Lowes will do much more than clean the vents. They will take time to tackle the source. The technician will take the air handler apart, wash the coils and clean out the blower. They also did a thorough job cleaning the dryer vent. Please get your dryer vents cleaned regularly to avoid a fire hazard.
