The office manager, Beth, is very organized, knowledgable and kind. She managed to move staff around and sent help in less than 24 hours. My service specialist and his trainee arrived after notifying me. He did a heat/cool analysis and explained in simple terms how to regulate the thermostats and cool the various zones. Best of all, he took me to the boiler and showed me the lines and safety measures. In 40 years no company ever taught me about how all of the expensive machinery worked. I am considering using their year round preventive mainance plan. I will never leave this excellent HVAC company.

Josh and Pat were our installation duo, accompanied in the early morning by Brian to ensure your typical Nimmer-level of on-site communication. Ours was a “no soldier left behind” job in an old Victorian with a multiple zone thermostat need. Not only did Pat and Josh rise to the unique challenges of the job, but they cleaned up so well that one would never know they were on site. Superb snd strong finish! Bravo and gratitude, kind sirs!

Natalie did a great job getting our furnace tuned up as well as our AprilAire. Prompt, efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the work!

Joe DeRose did an excellent job performing annual maintenance service on our gas boiler. Joe arrived on time, worked diligently, and at the end gave me a clear report, with photos, showing the work he had performed to clean and calibrate the system.

Nimmer was very easy to work with scheduling an appointment. They had a quick response time and our technician Blake Townsend was knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!

So grateful Pat and Josh came today! They repaired a difficult, persistent leak as well as caught a major issue (prior repair) from another company and took care of that too. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

Natalie showed up promptly and thoroughly explained everything she was doing before, during, and after our HVAC yearly check. She was very personable and professional. Excellent job!!

Joe was great, he came out and fixed our furnace after it wouldn’t work and then randomly decided to work on its own when it felt like it. He answered all of our questions, got it up and running at least for the winter. We know with it being old it’s time to replace, he was very straightforward and appreciate the info shared.

I have always been very impressed by Nimmer’s customer service, from the office staff taking my phone calls to any technician that has serviced our home. Joe came out and was very professional getting the job done. Thank you Nimmer for being a very reputable company my family and I have been trusting for years!

Blake was great! He came out to my house after we experienced a lot of water in the basement. He took the time to explain options, and offered his opinion on what the best course of action was. Thankful for the quick response, and personable demeanor.

Kyle and Sid came to the house today and installed a whole house humidifier and dehumidifier. They were fast and very efficient. Once installed Kyle went through how the systems operate and made sure I understood everything. They cleaned up after themselves which I much appreciated. I’m very pleased working with Nimmer.

After basement flooding in August, I knew 16 year-old furnace needed to be replaced. I called company I had been dealing with for years. After making two calls within two days and no return call, I called Nimmer. Tyler came to my house the same day I called. Wow. He was very informative and explained different options. He has experience with installation and maintenance and that impressed me. Pat and Josh came to install new furnace, thermostat and connect A/C. Then Tyler returned to finish connections for heat and AprilAire. Afterward, they pointed out was done, answered my questions patiently and helped me program the thermostat.
